    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either you train the CS team or provide an alternative or make sure no issues arise. Your employees have excuses rather than understanding or listening to the issues. My internet is not working like usual, is a simple question.

    @mrsatoshinaka @airtelindia I had the same issue and had to keep chasing this @Airtel_Presence for providing payment confirmation receipt. Finally they cleared it after 2 emails. 2 phone calls.. Never replies here though.

    @airtelindia not happy with your service. I was expecting better customer support. My SIM stopped working suddenly. Called customercare and suggested to visit service center. Without any fault of mine, i paid and got new sim. But that is not working even after 7 hours of swap.
