    @Airtel_Presence I am willing to share my address and PIN code, @airtelindia, but ONLY if you commit to keeping the ticket open until there is a real, ground-level resolution. Closing complaints prematurely with generic replies is pure negligence. Do not request my details just to raise another dummy ticket without fixing the network near our hometown! @Airtel_Presence

    Helo @TRAI Are you for the people? Or billionaires? I am using @airtelindia prepaid sim. Plan validity 28 days. The company eat nearly 27,28 days in a year. Within the 28 days, I didn't get proper signal, Internet from 25th day itself. So for 25 days I have to recharge. 365/25?

    I purchased Wifi from @airtel & in just 3 days i told them to disconnect. There are multiple reasons for it 1. I was unable to use it at committed plan of 100 mbbs, i was getting 40-50 mbps speed When i raised the concern in the support @airtelindia @TRAI

    I have submitted connection shift request for wifi under account number 20039184584 and DSL number 0149429545496_wifi. I have submitted the request on 24 August. Still no resolution provided. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.

    @airtelindia my mobile internet service is extremely slow in Vashinaka Chembur, Mumbai. Even with full 5G/4G signal the internet speed is very poor Please check the local tower/network congestion, backhaul and network in the Vashinaka Chembur area and resolve the issue urgently.
