    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your network quality has really degraded with time. No network at prime location in Mumbai. I can imagine the situation in the rural areas. Time to switch.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have 4 connection of airtel, from past 2 months, there is lot of issue of call drops and no network in my area. Lot of complaints raised, emails sent but Airtel has not resolved my issue. It's so disappointing when you pay high price for service.

    @airtelindia hey, still not seen any resolution of internet. You customer care says as per the company policy, bluh bluh.. So if customer has not getting internet it means customer has pay the bill fully while the service provider fail to provide services?

    Very very poor response and service from airtel store at M block CP. Wanted to take new conn. for office so needed information regarding same but they refused to give any number and asked to wait while 2-3 employees were sitting idle. @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia hell service from airtel . For incoming call lest recharge is 79,, for msg we need to pay 129. What the hell is this airtel. #Airtel_the_waste_network

    I have been DM'ing @Airtel_Presence since 10 days now regarding a service, they failed to give a adequate reply nor solve the query, do you call yourself India's top network? @airtelindia
