    If ur @airtelindia SIM suddenly stops in-out calls and SMS, despite having signal, it's case of 'accidental damage', be ready to spend INR 150 to get ur SIM changed. Many people are facing this. Something is fishy. Bad practice @Airtel_Presence . @TRAI pls look into it.

    @Airtel_Presence Thank you for pathetic service. I have now decided to deactivate my SIM by next month. It's not just the issue. It's the fact that u mentioned an issue about something after 8 days which u could do in an hour. This just shows how messed your CC is. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia every single person of airtel is well trained to cheat customer, weather they come from airtel extream wifi ,social media team & 121 customer care ,my biggest mistake of life i ported my 3 nos to airtel and bought 1998 plan , it's open loot

    @airtelindia By any chance is there a possibility that you’ll ever actually improve the network rather make promises, in Chhattarpur Delhi. -Frequent Call Drops -No connectivity -Out of coverage area message to incoming calls Over an year now!

    @airtelindia I have recharged successfully my account on 26 November, 2:03pm. Complaint 1st: 33255513 Complaint 2nd: 33309731 Already 48 hour passed. Airtel is targeting 0 complaint but not able to fix a simple problem from last 48 hours. Pathetic Service in India.
