@airtelindia My complaint regarding poor network is still on hold and the Airtel app shows that my network is as strong as ever (of course it's your own app). Kindly get your network validated and start looking at customer's complaint seriously.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal - sir, fyi. Was an airtel black cust. Relocated abroad last week. Running pillar to post for disconnection of broadband service. Ticket raised on 6th May after many calls to ur Cust care. It's still open with resolution date of 20th June. Stressful experience.
