@airtelindia #airtelblack Looks like Airtel black concept is meant to fool customers, they say no reallocation charges if you are a black customer but the airtel relationship manager made to unbundle the black plan and now asking me to pay installation charges.

@airtelindia Retention team promised me to get the broadband shifted with in 48 hr 24 hr. But al they can do is open ticket but can't really resolve the shift request. Airtel customer service is full of 🐂 ****. 3/3
