  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   @airtelindia airtel network is horrible here in Jamshedpur. I have taken 3 sim cards, dth connection with internet recently. The network is horrible and i am unable to connect with internet due to poor signal. Kindly correct ASAP else I need to close all connections and switch.
