Dear @TRAI please take serious punishable action the @airtelindia because they are automatically trying to convert prepaid to post plan, when customer open their app. Even they allegedly send me OTP for converting to postpaid. I am ready to support if any investigation requested.

Even after doing a lot of complaint @airtelindia is have not resolved the problem yet it's shameful to have the most worst network by @airtelindia now I seriously think that I should switch my network. #worstnetworkairtel
