@sushantsareen @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sirji,don't even think of @reliancejio they are way ahead of @airtelindia for the last 14 days i m complaining poor network coverage in our area @JioCare & their reply will shock u. "After 2 weeks of observation, they found that my mobile is faulty"

Hi @airtelindia, I applied for a broadband service connection and got the confirmation msg and also a call. They said someone else will again call me back within 48 hrs for the details and other formalities, but no one did. I tried multiple times but all in vain.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What type of service call and no one helped, please dnt buy airtel Fibernet for installation they will charge 1000 and if service is not worked well they will cancel and they will take that 1000 rs, is it a good service, please don't buy airtel

@airtelindia Few mnths bk upgraded to 24mbps. I hd to call 2 times due to poor speed (Ookla ~8mbps).. problem resolved in realtime after speaking with agent.. Said "refreshed Link". Smelling fishy! Are you guys rigging the system for speed? I have screenshots of speed
