  @airtelindia @airtelnews I opted for a WiFi connection and was guaranteed by the area manager to get installed the same day, but once I did the booking and made payment, they went silent. No communication, nothing on the installation. Pathetic service. No more calls are answered.

  Hi, @airtelindia @TRAI this complaint against my mobile network who are not coming at my home location. I tried multiple times but my issue not resolved yet. If it is not happened then I port to my number. Still I taking some time for network improvement. I hope that you will understand and will resolve my issue as soon as possible.   @airtelindia I disconnected my Wi-Fi in Jan 2026, cleared all dues, and requested account closure. Yet I still receive 10+ calls every day demanding payment while you keep increasing the bill. This is customer harassment. Close my account, stop billing me, and stop calling!!!!

  @Airtel_Presence DM shared with all details, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Give me a resolution in 3–4 hours. Fairness goes both ways: you penalise customers for late bill payments, so I expect interest on my stuck money if this isn't fixed today.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why internet is down even no information to customer what happened how much time. 6 hr of blackout of internet . Really that too in Bangalore areas. Really Airtel are you working? No broadband and slow mobile net as well.

  Hey @airtelindia, my internet goes down almost every month, and this time it’s been down for weeks. Please stop directing me to the Airtel Thanks app, it hasn’t fixed anything. Assign an engineer immediately and resolve this issue.
