    (1/8) Airtel's Abusive customer practice for postpaid plan change: Few years ago, I took Airtel's family plan Rs. 999 which included 4 numbers + 1 datacard. I had datacard for secondary use incase my primary fibernet fails (never used datacard for last 2 yrs) @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia This is the 2nd time i got wrong bill on my postpaid..2 consecutive months.. according to Cust care.. last month int call made and this month int sms..no solution was given and ur employee says the call was made and sms was sent.. Shame on you airtel
