    @airtelindia I have been facing issues of broadband from the day it is installed. The issues are so frequent that the engineer has given me his own number. If it rains or lights go off someday it has become my duty to call them up and tell them to repair the issue.

    @airtelindia Why after full network coverage my internet speed is so slow that even YouTube is not working?? And why you people slow down internet speed in last week of a recharge pack... We pay what you ask and this is what you give us??

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no network to make calls and still closing the ticket as issue resolved. When making complaint no one is there to take decision about it. 2 days it has been and every ticket closed without and solution

    Later I got a call from the installation engineer that they cannot give connection in my area. Why the hell did you confirm that your network is present in my area and collect money from me?? I haven't received any refund initiation message either. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you are proving me wrong that I ported to you, facing continuous network issue. It’s 2020 still call drops, you are promising for 5G but not providing proper 2G. Getting service lower than average!!

    Applied for Broadband connection on 16/12/20 Made payment of Rs 1769 & waiting for the connection be installed & activated. Not heard a word from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence service engineer. How many days it takes usually here in Patna, Bihar? #JustAsking

    @Airtel_Presence I think you gone mad @Airtel_Presence ! @airtelindia I am using Iphone 11 , which is already have 4G ! Moreover I dont need to upgrade , you need to upgrade /Improve your network ! And lastly I dont like how u say thank u !

    @airtelindia I have been experiencing wifi issues from the the day it has been installed. The issues are so frequent that Airtel Engineer has given his own number and I need to contact him always. If it rains or no lights someday I have to call them up and tell them to repair.

    @airtelindia dear "airtel walo" I am your customer and i don't know whether you will even read this or not but I am having very difficulty to call my friends even in daylight and that too in urban area please improve your services.
