    @airtelindia I paid 1768 towards a new connection but airtel never installed it. 01292833180 — not only was never installed I was told there’s no feasibility and I shall get my refund soon. But I haven’t received it.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Totally disappointing and worst experience, your commercials give a message to make the customer complaints to ZERO and you take more than 15 days to resolve an issue!!! I was promised something and I am getting billed otherwise, whom do I talk to resolve this?

    @airtelindia The most useless and pathetic call service and customer experice at the gallery. For a senior citizen who cannot visit the premises of airtel gallery there is no process to get concerted from prepaid to postpaid.
