What kind of GUNDAGARDI is this? Your customer service is pathetic, they don't know anything and reads scripted msgs.

1/2..@airtelindia ..so disappointed with the responses received from the team. I have been facing internet speed issue since last 1 month but nobody has been able to get it resolved. What I get is the same reply "we are working on it" & everytime there is a new person to respond.
