Constantly under performing (bought a 200mbps plan only to get only about 3-12 mbps) Automated response that doesn’t solve, Call centre folks that I can only reach through a secret route on their complaint engine, magically makes it 200mbs again. They claim they see some obstruction around my wifi router, sitting hundreds of KMs away. Field team never visits, makes excuses. And in a day or 2 the speed will drop back and the look repeats. They have made it a point to under deliver on their promised bandwidth because they know Jio is worse and a consumer has no where else to go.

Even where 5G is available, the speed is so poor that 4G feels like 3G. Stop charging for 5G if you can't provide proper 5G service. #airtel
