@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@jiocare @airtelindia now I am planning to switch to Airtel fiber, as I am so disappointed with jio customer service. My jio fiber is not working form 24th July 2022, hope Airtel will give better service.

@airtelindia I have placed a order for airtel black with my existing broadband and postpaid connection on 7/3/22 and the order is still pending. From starting of June I have called to customer care to cancel the order several times (17-18 times), but the problem was not solved.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Applied for prepaid sim and got a message that someone will come for kyc but no one came. Visited couple of third party stores but no luck. How will you fix this? Do you have any metrics to track how many applied and how many got fulfilled?
