@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

@airtelindia Airtel Black customer care service has become worse. No review process in place for customer care representatives and their respective senior supervisors. When you escalate and ask thier supervisor intervention, you will see unprofessional behaviour from them as well

@airtelindia worst experience had with airtel every time latch happens and no response and resolution is being done after the complain after few days a message occurs your complain is bring resolved and I don’t see any resolution same problem occurs every time
