@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

After back to back complaints in Vi and raised an Issue in the DOT as well no steps taken to resolve the ticket but simply closed these tickets has a temporary issue so switching from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia

The person is not even attending my complaint and even my calls. If that person pick my call , he is having the habit of cutting the call in between the conversation . Very worst service by @airtelindia. Every month 3 to four times my broadband connections are getting disturbed.

@airtelindia What a pathetic fiber service you are providing. Everyday there is connectivity issue. No internet shows. Even in #FIFAWorldCup how could you do such things. In my opinion @JioFiberVoice is best in service. Used for 2 years before not a single day lagged.
