@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

How come sms services can't be availed on Rs.79 recharge? If I have balance i should be able to use as per my wish. It's just a way to force user for higher value recharge. Highly disappointed from @airtelindia, will port to some other service provider.

@airtelindia im using airtel since three year now @airtelindia changed their plan. They are not giving sms pack in 49 or 79 plans even I did extra prepaid recharge. I feel bad even I want to port sim card now but I have to give them 149 🙄😡 what is this. bad strategy of market

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don't understand why my grandparents or parents who only use mobile when going out need 2 buy Rs 79 plans when most recharges not a single outgoing is done we mostly recharge just 2 stay active on the network & if u do this shouldn't u change
