@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia just by doing ads for your personal profits and promotions by having all the glamour in it.. me my family and my friends are so very disappointed by your services kindly do something so that we may continue by your network or we may all switch it to another network🤯

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

Dear @airtelindia , Along with all the AI powered airtel apps implementations. if you could just add a simple option while dialing 121 or 198 to talk to the customer care executive 99% of the customer problems would have been resolved. This would save millions of your spending.

@airtelindia is such a fraud. They tell u it's a postpaid plan, but the wifi shuts down at the end of the three months. Then they say it's prepaid and charge u for late payment. Then even after u discontinue the plan, they call u for payments which are wrong

@airtelindia I'm at Adoni store. Just in 10min saw 5 people reporting sim not working. And Customer care says need to replace the sim it's 25 bucks but store are charging 250 bucks. Imagine how much they are looting ruler people.

@airtelindia Since 15days Facing internet problem while doing call. Also in every 1 minute 4g network changes to 2g. My observation is If any network related problem happens, it's being taken care off soon in big cities only, But in towns, rural areas. @Airtel_Presence
