@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

It’s been 2-3 months since I have registered a complaint for the the invalid open untidy broadband wirings that should have been wired through a systematic underground wiring pipes. No action has been taken yet. Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
