    @airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

    @airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

    @airtelindia just by doing ads for your personal profits and promotions by having all the glamour in it.. me my family and my friends are so very disappointed by your services kindly do something so that we may continue by your network or we may all switch it to another network🤯

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why am my data is being deducted if I am on 5G network and the FRC was of 349 it is still showing 1.5GB/day. In 349 plan it's unlimited data then how it is being deducted even on 5G network?

    @airtelindia no internet in manpada, thane west area, near garden estate from the last 6-7 hrs..everytime i try to raise a complaint through your disgusting chatbot, it comes up with standard replies that its being worked out and will be solved within 6-7 hrs..wtf is going on???

    @JioCare @JioCare You haven't responded to my question, rather than just repeated a generic response. Is it normal to expect a downtime of 4 days with your great service? @airtelindia do you also have similar resolution timeline?

    This recurring downtime is unacceptable. Customer care acknowledged my complaint but couldn't even confirm whether an engineer had visited. Please restore my connection immediately and provide the promised bill adjustment. @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia you won’t be concerned about your diminishing network quality even after so many complaints. But you will call customer 5 days before their pack expiry everyday to remind for recharge. Waah kya baat hai @Airtel_Presence

    Hi Airtel India, Service was decent last year for Airtel black customer.. But current service is pathetic.. I have raised 15 compliants related to sth and none of them have been addressed correctly.. Request u to look into this ASAP else I will disconnect @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I asked your customer care to give me number of nodal officer I was not given. Last night 8:00 PM ETA for resolution was 2:30 AM, at 8:00 AM this morning ETA is 10:30 AM. DO you have capable people deployed to take care of this?

    @PuneriSpeaks @airtelindia Even their WiFi was down for more than 24 hours in Kothrud. Everyday a new message that we are improving our service.
