@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@airtelindia Since 15days Facing internet problem while doing call. Also in every 1 minute 4g network changes to 2g. My observation is If any network related problem happens, it's being taken care off soon in big cities only, But in towns, rural areas. @Airtel_Presence

Dear @airtelindia , Along with all the AI powered airtel apps implementations. if you could just add a simple option while dialing 121 or 198 to talk to the customer care executive 99% of the customer problems would have been resolved. This would save millions of your spending.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence don't care what their customers .2 days passed and no one turned up to check what's the problem with my broadband connection .... my 90% work is struck due to this . they have no system 2 have a one to one call with their executives.
