@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@airtelindia Astra towers, kolkata being a bharti airtel property, no other service provided is allowed. Complaints get closed automatically without any technician visit. Upgrading of copper to fiber line since more than 2 months. My connection no is 033102298575. Pls help !
