@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

@airtelindia your 5g unlimited not working. Your customer care taking rudely, cutting calls from last 2 days, I don't think so, that you provide this type of services, I think I port to Airtel form jio was biggest mistake ever I hand done.

Do not install airtel extreme broadband. Worst service and no customer care support. You have to call 100 times for installation as they first ask you to pay and then boom 💥 , as they have received the payment they wont reply you on time. @airtelindia @airtelexcutive

@airtelindia Hey Airtel, have some shame. This is third quality service that you are providing. You customer care representatives acting like they cant hear me and disconnecting is a case of borderline fraud. That too for what you call a black account. Wowww.

Dear #airtel First you need to provide best Internet services at every location in india . Then think for 5G . Rite now i am at my home town and here is pathetic condition of internet. Even 2 G is not working. Surfing Internet challenge is wonder today @airtelindia
