    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

    @airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

    @airtelindia just by doing ads for your personal profits and promotions by having all the glamour in it.. me my family and my friends are so very disappointed by your services kindly do something so that we may continue by your network or we may all switch it to another network🤯

    @airtelindia Pathetic service, please advise on cancellation process. Your cust service number does not respond. The IVR Just hangs up on us once we enter our airtel number. The app is worst, you cannot do anything more than paying bills. Doesn't even allow one to log a complaint.

    @airtelindia Worst customer care service ever. No use of calling or raising a complaint nothing happens just empty promises which are useless and you boast to be a leading company in India when your existing customers are unhappy with your services fix that first before you bring

    I have surrendered my airtel broadband connection in the July 2021. Inspite of multiple follow ups with their customer care ( service request no - 133556268 ) I haven’t received the refund till date. Will I ever get the refund @airtelindia ?
