    @airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

    @airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

    @airtelindia just by doing ads for your personal profits and promotions by having all the glamour in it.. me my family and my friends are so very disappointed by your services kindly do something so that we may continue by your network or we may all switch it to another network🤯

    @airtelindia From last night 11.30 onwards till 9.46 today.. ur Airtel Xtreme was down. And it's a reguar phenomenon. Sick service u Ppl give. And Airtel is so hopeless that it doesn't compensate the time during which the service was down. I will change the provider soon.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia After disconnection, got a bill which is overlapping with the last bill, which was already paid in advance. Escalating this from a month with support/billing but no response. Getting daily calls for the due, no action even if I explain.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @BSNLCorporate i need a broadband connection but non of any operator is available at my location, and the fibre is available at 2 km distance from my location but not in my location. Please expand the fibre optic cable so I can also get the internet service

    @airtelindia It's been 3 days since I made payment on your app to get a broadband connection but your technician and sales person are just not doing their job. I have tasks pending because of this and the irony being this is happening in bangalore. Literally the worst network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : I regret the decision of doing MNP to Airtel, I did port in 2 of my numbers to Airtel and guess what, SIMs don't work, your customer care team advices to visit store to get new SIM, it's complete waste of time for customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the reason for sim card getting invalid while in a call. Sim condition is perfect,no scratches yet from 2years. Do u think we get new sim with ₹120 ? Is that looking good to keep using same network? Shall we say this as business tactics?
