@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

@airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls note, before 1 month, the network speed and coverage are excellent in the town. Been working from home since last march, but never faced such problem. But the last 15 days are miserable. Just after 5 minutes, the internet stops working.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On calling customer care, they say that speed reduces at night because of more no. of users. So what? Is that customer's fault? We are paying for it so we should get a good speed no matter if what time and how many users it is.

Airtel Xtreme fiber has been extremely disappointing. There is disconnection almost every other day. Not sure if it is just in my area, but it hasn't been with it at all. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please fix it!
