Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

But they want a signed (non-digital) letter. I don't understand why they won't take email consent especially when they never took any such things while creating it.
