    @airtelindia What’s the point of developing a 5G technology when u can’t even provide a proper 4g network the worst network past couple of years I have always been a happy customer but now I am very much disappointed

    @airtelindia just by doing ads for your personal profits and promotions by having all the glamour in it.. me my family and my friends are so very disappointed by your services kindly do something so that we may continue by your network or we may all switch it to another network🤯

    @airtelindia kabhi time mile to jungle k aalawa shehar me bhi network dijiye....I have been facing this network issue past one year or so internet connection is too slow it was much better when I was using 2g it’s worse in many states and cities like New Delhi Lucknow Banda😡😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I disappointed to tell you very worst service of your xstrm fiber at my city (Banda, U.P.). Fiberline disconnects every 10-15 days. And they send msg that due to tchnicl issue. I took connection on 29 MAY. Service disconnection occurs 4-5 times.

    @airtelindia @Airtel appalled by horrible experience. my phone, held over a decade is deactivated suddenly. Have been running pillar to post including sending my representative to your Gurgaon office , but no help. Please restore connection without asking to visit as I am abroad.

    Hey @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence WiFi down again. Last time it took 5 days and multiple follow-ups to fix. If an entire area's network is down, why do customers need to report it? Am I the network manager? Your app shows the outage, so surely your systems know too.

    @airtelindia Airtel has reduced the 5G speed to 30-40mbps only for prepaid customers after introducing priority postpaid scheme/fast lane service. Prepaid customers have been cheated.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Pls disconnect your connection at my house and return my 6 months advance. Horrible customer service. Can't even talk to a human, only IVR or AI. 12 disconnects in 34 days. Horrible experience. #noairtelanymore.

    @AxisBankSupport Hey man I thought these calls stopped, but again I got “service call” which is a disguised telemarketing call for FD/ULIP plans again from this number: +91 160-0304405. Of course they are doing it with top management blessings. Strict action should be taken @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I am extremely disappointed with your service regarding internet availability and all your claims of customer service are fluke. Despite my multiple complaints, your internet quality is next to zero with no improvement Affecting both my work and studies.
