  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence due date of bill payment is 22nd each month. Never missed a deadline. Stop this harassment of sending reminders from the day bill is generated. The pre-recorded message should be stopped as well. I will make the payment on 22nd. Have always done so.

  @airtelindia adding to my last tweet, I have been paying for literally the worst broadband speed ever, can’t be calculated coz it doesn’t have enough speed to run a test. And the customer care executives say “can’t do anything for the upgrade” and you guys say “zero complaints”

  @airtelindia Does your customer service staff know to read emails properly .. I send a email and call for broadband disconnection , they send me a complaint reference number 10165721087 like this and say the issue will be resolved .. kindly disconnect the services #poorservice
