@airtelindia, when are you going to improve your service quality. It is obnoxious that you have not been able to resolve my outstanding billing dispute even after 16 days of follow up, almost 10 e-mails and endless conversations with your representatives on 121. You are lousy!

If only @Airtel_Presence service reps were as enthusiastic about attending to service requests as they were to opening new connection requests. I got @airtelindia broadband last week and have had wifi for all of TWO HOURS!!! And not a single service person has responded

@airtelindia I had purchased a plan of 28 days validity with 1.5gb daily data, unlimited calling etc. But when recharge is done i received a message from airtel of validity for 24 days. Even when i called the customer care number, the executive was arguing rather than apologize.
