    @airtelindia I have raised an SR for an issue with an Airtel supervisor. The SR(10003105932) was closed without any actual resolution provided. I mailed the Airtel thanks app support, however even the didn't reply...ots been over 48 hrs. How are things managed here?

    @TRAI I have about 1400 INR as my balance but I'm not able to recharge my number using the existing balance. I tried to ask @airtelindia for help but I'm told that there is no way to use the balance. What should I do now? Should I let the 1400 INR go waste?

    Hey @airtelindia I'm facing a issue with my dish setup from few days. When I'm pressing my AV button nothing is appearing on screen. But airtel setup box is showing green light and is responding but nothing is appearing on TV screen but TV is all ok as i have checked it with DVD.

    @Disstillmyname @airtelindia Oh well, I was thinking of porting since Airtel keeps "resolving" all spam complaints as "service calls" and refuses to do anything about it. If Voda isn't an option, then I probably just have to keep the sim off and use FaceTime or WhatsApp calling!
