    @airtelindia My house is 40 meter more than limit of the wire from the pool where airtel device located. I requested so much to airtel to just extend the wire, I will pay extra money. But they refuse it . Can you change some rule or can help me 🙏.

    @airtelindia I bought airtel xtream fiber in November. The worst after sale service. I raised around 5 service requests regarding network issue since 2 months No follow up! Now my internet connection is not working from 24hrs and they are just %%#% their customers @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I m facing a bad experience with the airtel broadband service last 2 months I m asked customer care nobody can take a proper response only FE is coming on site he is done off/ on the route and they go. the web page does not browse with 40 Mbps. kindly check

    @airtelindia : How does one reaches your customer support? The issues with your network are frustrating and there is no way to raise a service request. Frustrated with call quality, cracking voices and call drop issues. Lot of places where internet connectivity is not existent.
