    @TRAI @DoT_India I have an open request with @airtelindia from 10-May-21 & airtel doesn’t show any interest in issue resolution. Even after multiple follow ups & escalations, I end up with nothing. Now I end up paying extra for my services their system issue & delay in fix.

    @airtelindia you are looting to all prepaid customers, I recharged with 49 ta pack ,but still I can’t send any sms to anyone. When I contact with customer care he said for sending sms I need to recharge any unlimited pack which is 129 or more .Good bye Airtel #byeairtel

    @airtelnews Plz first do 4G network complet i complain 20 days ago for network now yet not solve at my house airtel network is not. there is near tower but network is null then u told I Provide 5G network. Do not tell me send private msg i already do many time @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
