  @airtelindia @airtelindia I’m being charged ₹593 for a new STB replacement. My old STB stopped working, and your technician replaced it. I was never informed beforehand that an out-of-warranty replacement charge would apply.

  Absolute daylight robbery by @airtelindia. Charging me for 100 Mbps broadband while delivering a frozen 62 Kbps. Get a technician out here now. Return my money now if don't provide service n speed. I am entitled for return of my money

  More than 10 compliant within 10 months. Without Any resolution they closed complaint. Even we call they told do one more complaint. Same results. Still problem not solved Nothing happened. Airtel is third class company. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
