    @airtelindia I have'n requested by your customer care to change my plan of 999 to 1349 to use the benefits. During this time I have clearly told not to change my existing bill period. But it wasn't properly done. Very lethargic approach for solving issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been registering service requests to resolve my network issues since last 2 months. Complaints are closed without resolving issue. Airtel customer since last 5 years but of late Airtel’s service on the ground has deteriorated. Time to change?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey Airtel i just ported my jio to Airtel but the connectivity is so poor and even my brother using Airtel he is able to use internet during calls but I can’t why and we use same model phones . Why internet break during calls and poor calls @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My internet has not been working for 2 months, even after so many complaints I have raised so far, on your customer care. Who will give me the penalty for these 2 months, just like you took a penalty for late bills? Who is responsible for this?

    @airtelindia 1st solve network problem for 3g and 4G.... Very bad network quality even call dropping happenings only with airtel... My bad, i have again moved into airtel... Will never repeat my mistake again.
