    @airtelindia Why can't the customer send a message on recharge of 79? Balance is available on recharge of 79, why can't we send messages from that balance. We pay service charges and tax on recharge of Rs.79.@TRAI @PMOIndia

    @AbhiKundal1230 @airtelindia Also having the most pathetic experience with Airtel right now. It's been a month and the upgradation to fibre is being continuously delayed. I'm so done with airtel. I've talked to 50 customer care executives by now.
