    @airtelindia Whenever I discussed with your support team, i got the as usual reply feom them that "team is working, issue will be resolved in 2 weeks, and we will update you", though no on has resolved the issue and no one has contacted me related to this. (2/3)

    @airtelindia You provide the worst network in my area. I have purchased new postpaid sim and airtel wifi. But now i think its also waste of money for me. I am really disappointed with the connectivity. Please help in this regard orelse i will have to change the network.

    Very disappointed with the way @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is handling this. No network on my phone since Sunday morning now. More than 96 hours. All I'm getting is one DM a day after I reach out saying they're on it. On what exactly I don't know. Zero status updates.

    @stormysid @airtelindia Airtel’s brand color is red, so is their customer service experience. Definitely not a trusted player in the arena of Fibernet. It is better to switch over to something reliable - ACT is one viable option.
