    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

    @airtelindia your wifi services are dead for 2 days across Hyderabad and there hasn't been any progress/update since yesterday. Your bots just send an automated message in the the DMs but fail to provide any concrete solution. If u can't fix, please cancel my olan and refund.

    @TRAI is useless for customers we are paying 500 on daily basis as a postpaid customer and getting worst service ever, why i'm paying these guys @airtelindia 529 per month if not getting services for 1 penny, **** company ever @TRAI and u r useless

    @airtelindia It's been 12 days, no action from your end, how do you think a customer should react to this non sense, you have generated a fresh bill , what for ? Half of the month i couldn't use your services due to your service team's negligence and had to do multiple recharges on my phone

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.

    @airtelindia Airtel Fiber down AGAIN – just 6 days after the last outage. This is now a REPEATED PROBLEM, multiple times a month. For a paid broadband service, this is unacceptable. Fix this properly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
