    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

    @Airtel_Presence Yesterday I was told that I will received call till 1 pm today with an updated ETR. I have yet not received it, I am planning to cancel my @airtelindia Black subscription and move to Jio for mobile and Tata for broadband. I am simply tired of your incompetence.

    Why @TRAI is not able to take any action on the operators who are not even able to provide 3G/4G speeds. The service being provided by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is pathetic and being a customer what we can do is lock a complain and wait for resolution.

    @BDUTT @airtelindia Try WiFi calling if you are in WiFi zone and your phone is compatible for the same. The trauma is across networks depending on which area you use the phone mostly. So switching over to another network may not help much !
