    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We got pathetic service wherein we have to gone to Kharagpur Airtel Store (West Bengal) which is nearly 100kms from our home to get a physical sim, and they are straight way denying to do or even talk. This is happening to a Airtel Black Customer.

    @airtelindia I have 5 postpaid sim and 1 wifi connection from this account. If you keep saying that you are our premium customer, then this is how we treat our premium customers.its beenmore than 10 days now.I am working through mobile hotspot.Just fed up.poor coustomer service

    Totally unhappy with your app and response for chat help, i am out of country and was exploring international packs, by mistake it got activated and now there is no option of deactivation!! And while try to get this done for help no option is thr @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I paid ₹1500 on April 18th for a new connection in HSR Layout. 3 days later: ❌ 3 missed appointments ❌ Technicians not picking up ❌ Nodal Officer numbers not working Is this how you treat new customers? Resolve this NOW or refund my money!
