    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, Raised a request last week, request # 27FYJBRFKC. Scheduled for activation last week, got rescheduled without intimation, still pending for closure. Tried calling agent listed multiple times, but no response. App chatbot not able to help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there has been no internet since 1PM IVR says that there is some work going on its temporary Customer care says no work going on Field engineers say maintenance happening. I can't believe a communications company has 0 communication.

    @airtelindia @TheSunilMittal Dear Airtel, Requesting basic services like updating email/address, correcting name on bills, or initiating disconnection of SIM/Wi-Fi has become nearly impossible. Customer care calls result in 12-19 minutes of hold time with no resolution. The mobile app is so confusing that one needs exceptional patience ( or 780 IQ levels ) just to file a complaint. Worse, any disconnection request leads to repeated follow-up calls that feel more like harassment than service. This level of customer experience is unacceptable for a leading telecom provider. Kindly look into streamlining these processes and improving support. #Airtel #CustomerService #SunilMittal

    Worse customer service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Paid ₹3537 for a 3-month Wi-Fi plan (0654221672552_wifi), but zero OTT benefits (Hotstar, Apple TV) are activated. Your team is mixing up my mobile & broadband accounts and closing tickets blindly. Fix this ASAP!

    Hello @airtelindia . I have been overcharged for international roaming facilities. Lots of false promises were made by your team to deduct the amount but it didn’t happen. I will be giving up my number if this is not rectified. Regards, from a very old and loyal customer.
