It's a kind of loot. And on asking ZSM has asked to PORT nos. Even ZBM is backing him. #ShameonAIRTEL

    @Marmik_Soni @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised many tickets regarding my network issues for the past 2 years and no one has till now. check my latest ticket no. 31-4016450499481 which was closed even without asking me whether it is fixed or not.First fix 4G issues then go to 5G.. Dont rush to earn money...

    But the airtel guys said that it would require my mother to visit the office as the sim is of her name. Now i have to again visit airtel office. This kind of service is not expected from @airtelindia . I hope it gets better. @Airtel_Presence

    We don't know on which ground they should test 5G, although they fail to provide a stable 3G/4G indoor network in Delhi-NCR. Shameful & useless reply & resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . @AshwiniVaishnaw sir.

    @airtelindia My broadband is not working for 2 WEEKS. I would have called customer care more than 25 times and received several false promises from them to provide resolutions. I lost hope in getting my internet back. Please address.

    the sales executive has stopped taking calls and the technician is disconnecting. Without any resolution, all of us have decided to move to a different provider for Mobile, DTH and broadband @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
