    Service of #Airtel and I have paid them for 6 month in advance. Every second day @airtelindia is down at my place. --- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics --- 33 packets transmitted, 19 packets received, 42.4% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 118.765/119.286/119.814/0.310 ms

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the fourth time I am raising a broadband complaint for poor broadband coverage. Either the complaint gets auto-resolved without any follow ups, or the customer executive shows up and asks for more money. Worst Wifi and Customer Experience.

    I reported three time to the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding the issue of slow network in my locality. Still no progress in Internet issue. They just assure us but in actual they are doing nothing.
