    Dear @airtelindia Can you tell me why the phone is not connected in your call center? I made a recharge of Rs. 128 on July 6 which has not been activated till date and does not connect to customer care when I call. So, I request you to return my money back @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia One of cousin had been using the number for 9 yrs, 2 yr ago he submitted adhar number for the same, now his sim is not working n the Airtel store is saying number is not registered on his name.please resolve it!

    Why should a client pay for no service? Why should we not disconnect? And this when despite the office working on skeletal staff and there has been no use of their service, we've been paying well before time? @airtelindia please stop our services and stop charging us... 3/3

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my Airtel DTH with a 6M plan 2 days ago since my plan is expiring by Nov 24. However, I still get the same recharge alert on my TV. Please let me know if this a software bug (fix it ASAP) or you would disconnect after paying 1500+ for 6M.
