@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence again got an email from Airtel with a new date. Even after 38 days, multiple calls and emails Airtel still not able to resolve a matter which involve high degree of negligence from Airtel and against the law of the country. What a service !!!

There is no service for customers in airtel xstream fiber. They manuplate their customers by their prepaid bill cycle which is like a scam. Also, their customer care executives did not know anything about xstream fiber services and its bill cycle. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a terrible experience is this? A complaint registered 15 days back has got no solution yet. Everytime a customer calls a new date is given. This is ridiculous! Please do something. Do not torture your consumers!
