The helpline numbers 121 & 198 are absolutely useless unless to connect to the sales team. Every call leads me to an AI bot and an IVR call, with no actual resolution.

On 25 April 26, by mistake i got recharge twice, I tried return the second amount but got details from the Airtel stores will it active 1 by 1 so you don’t require any action, now my plan exited 1 month dispute two plans.

This is too much. If in a metropolitian city Airtel cannot provide consistent quality then you are nothing.
