@JioCare raised ticket as my fiber connection is not working. The technician didn’t visited yet returned saying I don’t have wire and will assign this to others. @airtelindia offers far better service than yu, yur team.

I am having network issue from 3 months and registered the complaint but that complaint gets closed, I tried to reopen by appealing but instead of re-opening , they created a new ticket, still no response.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .Do we have any SLA?
