    @Quote_ler @airtelindia This is the way for @airtelindia. You cannot reach to CC executive at all. Be careful before porting to Airtel, as only way you can get any resolution is by visiting service centre.

    Hey @airtelindia, I am trying to port an Idea Prepaid number to Airtel Prepaid but the customer care number is very difficult to navigate as there is no option to speak to the executive directly. Is there a simpler way to know the process for this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We 200+ residents of Prestige High Fields Tower 8 are facing severe issues of network inside our houses as well as in the basement. Every single resident has to rush to balcony to talk. Past complaints thru app have been useless as nothing happens.
