    @airtelindia there is a bug in the thanks app recharge system. if I called customer care they are not giving a proper resolution. I already i have one year plan since I'm going outstation i recharge another pack but the validity is showing wrong.

    @airtelindia I've concern regarding internet issue raised complaint many times but no response from ur team complaint close automatically without any info to me after that ur call centre team said to me you can port ur no. to other network we are incapable to resolve this. 🙏🏻

    @airtelindia i have recharged for my for 6th months fibre plan and now it got suspended because of wrong information provided to me during the shifting request. Now I’m in loss of 2300. There is not any support or refund. Kindly look into it

    @airtelindia No one is bothering to resolve network disconnectivity facing frequently. Don't having permenant solution. Multiple complaint raise but service provider not attending seriously. Worst customer service.
