    Dear @airtelindia Can you tell me why the phone is not connected in your call center? I made a recharge of Rs. 128 on July 6 which has not been activated till date and does not connect to customer care when I call. So, I request you to return my money back @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia took 2 days just to inform that there was a fibre-cut & some other team would look into the issue. In this covid-era where internet is basic necessity, this is so called priority service they're providing to AirtelBlack users. Should be renamed as AirtelBLEAK.

    @airtelindia My wifi went down since Saturday, initiated the request on app, the engineer came late after several calls and complaint threat. Still wifi not working and can't talk with any support person. Very bad customer service and wasn't expecting from Airtel like brand.

    @airtelindia The worst service I am getting with airtel roaming after all required recharge roaming pack usa multiple time , there is no support, can any one help from airtel, if you have usa airtel roaming service why you don’t have support #Airtel
