    Not getting payment related OTPs since 4 days on Airtel and it’s heavily affecting both my work and personal life. Useless Spam/DND Filtering, Garbage AI Chatbot. No way to talk to a Human Support. Absolutely frustrating. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware

    I had disconnected my Airtel WiFi connection on time and already paid the final bill, with proof shared via email and calls. Still, I’m continuously receiving bills for no reason. This is unacceptable customer service. Resolve this issue and stop the false billing. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews - hey team, I have recharged with unlimited 5g pack but I'm not getting internet post my daily data quota. Can you look into this ? I am facing this issue since 15 days now . (Earlier was getting good 5g data connection at same location)

    @airtelindia U cnt xecute a simple broadband shifting req fr more than a week, aftr multiple clls nd escalations nd advertise of premium service for black a/c.. every day getting a false timeline without any action..simply unacceptable nd shameful..#unacceptablecustomerservice

    Dear @airtelindia my WiFi has been working since 11th of may 2026 and even after multiple calls to the customer service the issue hasn’t been fixed. No engineer is assigned. P.S : due to wfh I have installed WiFi and now to work I need to purchase data packs….what a service
