    What happened? @airtelindia can't able to study even for the exams due to the network. Showing emergency calls and out of coverage network. This is not expected as I was your loyal customer since 2015 with no other sim connection. Very disappointed and saddened. Guwahati,Assam

    @airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. No action on shifting was taken. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for Zero use. Request you to waive.

    @airtelindia Everyone in my family uses Airtel SIM and I heard it's service is good as well, but now I doubt. It's been 7 days and I haven't got the Airtel Fiber installed. My neighbour has it but they saying its not within the physical range!What nonsense.Totally disappointed.

    Why is it that incoming and outgoing calls are barred even when there is a validity of more than 74 days left?! Get back to me ASAP with a DM link so that I can share the number which is facing the problem @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Let me just ignore the bad network issues 😑

    @airtelindia I am at your airtel store with my 66 years old ailed father since one hour without being attended by your guys. His sim is having some issues. We need a replacement, but airtel need the owner of the sim in person. He is a CLD and CKD patient.This is really pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been given a time till 23rd Feb to solve the network issue. Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!

    The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tried to replace dth to iptv. Raised request last Saturday and still nothing moved. Such worst response I faced in past 15 years. Your customer care person requires basic knowledge on your products.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.
