@airtelindia @airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. Shifting not done. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for No use. Why is it so? Waive it.

@airtelindia I tried reaching customer care nearly 30 times Every time the call is getting dropped after before my request was conveyed. I.e within 30 seconds please 🙏 sort out this.. It is really frustrating.. my request is just register my email id for my prepaid number
