    @airtelindia why airtel network has become so slow at Sreenagar area in #Guwahati ? Everytime there is a message from @Airtel_Presence that maintanence is going on but network never improves. Being an @airtelnews customer for over s decade, I feel highly dissatisfied.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. Shifting not done. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for No use. Why is it so? Waive it.

    @airtelindia a brand I used to trust seems to lie at every step on their words. While opting for Black services I was committed so many things but eventually they all turned a big lie. Even customer care changes their words with every call. Really upset with the brand

    @JioCare been trying to get help via DM, still no resolution, wanted to shift my connection to other building, as per your executive you don't serve in that area but that premises already have three more connection... Should I shift to @airtelindia for fibre connection #Guwahati

    @airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

    Hello @airtelindia, I would like to understand what kind of experience you are providing to the customers? I recently converted my prepaid on postpaid after seeing the benefits on your app. Let me iterate all benefits first. Please check the plan details picture. I bought this plan due to 2 main reasons. I am feeling scammed now. Read below two points and see the image too: First Scam - Three sim cards When i am trying to add family member, your app isn’t allowing that. See picture 2 Second Scam - Apple tv and music benefit. Your app promises the ott. Once plan starts and i try to claim the ott, i find out that they are not even in the list. See picture 3 and 4. Bonus - The Biggest Scam Human support is fully gone now. I only talk to the chatbot and eventually the chat ends. There is not even option to select for my problem. I called the customer support. Again it takes a lot of time to connect to a human and even if i connect, they simply cut the call when i raise the issues. I just have a simple question to you. How can you expect a person to use your services if you are scamming them by taking high prices and ghosting them. PS - I will not stop posting until my issue is resolved. This is not acceptable and won’t be hidden at all. I need immidiate resolution.

    @airtelindia Guys just answer me one query, how an ivr is supposed to understand my problem if the problem isn't listed in your menu. The customer service is getting worse day by day and price hikes are increasing day by day. I cannot resolve my issue for the past half and hour.

    @airtelindia signals in Kolkata is so pathetic. It shows only first line or no signal at all. On data side, forget 5G, most of time it's 4G only. Seems like they're deliberately telling customes to switch to other service providers.

    @airtelindia So far no resolution provided by Airtel. I asked them about proof of charge informed to me by customer care but they couldn't provide me. Now they have barred my internet n outgoing as because of billing dispute i did not make the payment. I have raised several billing dispute
