@airtelindia I had requested for a 1gbps plan 2 days ago. I am still at 120mbps. This speed is a business need and not for PS downloads. Your team said they will call back after 4 hours today after a delay of 48 hours. Please fix this thanks. I need ans if i'm paying 4k a month.

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I got hold of your cs rep. He advised that this applies to every customer like if they change the handset, the discount coupon becomes null and void. Thinking what advantage @airtelindia will get by restricting a client to old devices and give discount?🤔🤔
