    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You can allot the number: 7058073946 to someone else's name as I stopped using it. This happens when consumer realize that they get 2G network service from a 4G service cost. No improvement found after months of complaining @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia How many times does Airtel broadband need to fail before someone takes responsibility? Frequent WiFi disruption, no prior alerts, clueless customer care, painfully slow resolution and zero seriousness despite this directly affecting work. This is complete failure

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , my dad’s sim stopped working suddenly and we got it checked with a local store. They are insisting on having my dad come in person to replace it. My dad underwent a heart surgery recently and he can’t step out and they said they can’t help.

    @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, your 5G service in Hyderabad is useless. It gives a feeling I am using a 2G network. You have become very clever by not allowing customers to connect with the customer care.

    @airtelindia from last 6 months i am just following up with airtel executives for my postpaid mobile connection for which i am unable to get GST credit on my GST no but there useless services is so prompt that they are just closing the service request all the time after 1-2 days.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel India, This is so unfortunate that a wifi connection is installed 2 weeks back have malfunctioned twice. Moreover, the response from your team and customer care is so disgusting to say the list. You may be number 1 telecom operator but your wifi is ****.

    I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻

    @ankitsharma2111 @airtelindia @AdobeExpress airtelindia pathetic, cheater. Took 200 mbps plan getting all of a sudden frequent disconnection. Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.
