    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir will you please discontinue the #COVID alert caller tune from all telecom services? During emergency,it gives headache and repeatedly listening this cause additional frustration. Everyone now know about COVID so please look into it. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged a different pack, needed a different one. Can you not revert back or change it to the desired one? Customer care number said not possible. Poor customer experience.

    worst exp with @Airtel_Presence req to shift connection from Chennai to Bangalore is pending beyond SLA and the customer care team is rude and no resolution... Service reqNo: 10002941415, escalationid:1-3569533300. While i want to stick with @airtelindia they are least bothered.
