    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir will you please discontinue the #COVID alert caller tune from all telecom services? During emergency,it gives headache and repeatedly listening this cause additional frustration. Everyone now know about COVID so please look into it. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I had a service request raised for my broadband on 30th June. I have been following up with customer care team 121 daily. But till now no engineer is assigned or any communication from them. The earlier request was closed without fulfilling my request too.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews But it's not working. I've told them several times, and each time I'm told it will be fixed in four hours. But it doesn't. And for a week straight, my network was completely out.This affected the business of many people. 2/3

    Hi @airtelindia, it's been over a week since I requested my Wi-Fi connection to be shifted. Every day, the engineer reschedules it to the next day. I've raised multiple complaints, but no resolution. This delay is unacceptable. Please resolve it on priority.

    @airtelindia I am facing so much internet fluctuations today. I am a postpaid user and fastlane also doesn't work on my number. I don't know what happened to your network from recent months. I used to praise your service before but I think I need to rethink.
