@airtelindia the policy of physically collecting simcard doesn’t justify at all for NRI customers who are using your service for receiving OTPS from Indian banks .Please help on priority as no help is being received from your customer care.There has to be an alternative for NRI’s

@airtelindia , why cut the options in data add-on? just few months before , 50 GB in 201 rs, you extended it to 50GB in 301 rs, now you cut that option and ask your users to buy 3GB for 58 rs ? with what confidence you keep on charging more and more for horrible service sir?

@airtelindia I've booked a broadband connection on 18/04/22 & made payment of 3 months 999 plan but didn't got any connection established till today. Is this the way your company will treat customers and do fraud. I've tried numerous calls to sales representative but no response.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband not working since midnight. Complaint raised. Cust support promised technician will resolve by 11 am. Called again & now cust support says technician will come only by 2 pm. This is pathetic. U see now why u lose customers to JIO?
