    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence On 8 June I registered for Airtel Xstreme Broadband and paid Rs 2828 for it in advance through Airtel app. It's been more than two weeks and the service hasn't been provided yet. How long does it take?

    @airtelindia I have 54 Rs balance in my account.yet i couldn't sent a single sms from last week. customer care executive answered me that Plan changed,i have to Recharge minimum 129rs to sent a sms.they removed the sms cost deduction from current balance. This is outrageous. @airtelindia

    Airtel Fiber is present in Agra since 2016. They're not giving connection at my home since last 4 years while Airtel fiber is present less than 100m away in a building. Been using Airtel since the very beginning. Didn't expect such awful service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
