    @airtelindia The worst, bakwas service I've ever seen, you dont know how to fix the issues, you just keep telling excuses. Please stop the ad campaign of "no questions pending from customers", first please provide good service to the customers then think about it 👎🏿

Tried to call the customer care but IVR tells to raise a complaint in #Airtel thanks app Bd call disconnected. The best part is which u need data to access airtel thanks app. What do u say abt this ? 🙄🙄🙄

    @airtelindia I want to activate esim on my iphone XR so added my email id again and its been 3 days since I validated through my email but its still not updated. Tried raising issue through your app and also calling ur paid CS line but there is no option to select this issue

    And there's no reason to be surprised why millions of people are moving out from @airtelindia, #VI Bad customer service, poor network, no competing benefits, etc. For the same plan, they are charging at least 20-30% extra than JIO.
