@airtelindia will someone check the WiFi issue ? You guys told us that we’ll be getting 100 MB/S, but still we are unable to get 1 MB/S. I think forgot to remove the 00 when you were selling the plan.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence Day 15: Issue still remain the same. Alternatively requested for copper connection but still the same... Airtel becoming No. 1 in worst customer service and in breaching the SLA beyond the SLA. Keep it up guys.

@Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal @airtelindia Such irritating app. I have been trying to reach out customer care through app but couldn't.i tried 121 but it is more worst than the app..such a irritating voice. I recharged 399 for 6gb data coupons. 1st cheat: I got only 4 coupons. 2nd cheat: 4 gb is not credited yet.

@Airtel_Presence I am Airtel one customer (No Broadband due to feasibility issues). Why Airtel is irritating me with regular calls for Fibre broadband connection? At least treat your customers with some dignity. Today received an automated call from +91 73059 98963. @airtelindia

@airtelindia pathetic and delayed approach by local team for changing copper cable to optic fibre cable. Inspite of approval given 2 months back still it’s not done though it was job of max 1 week. With this poor service How will u compete with #jiofibre
