The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services.   @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel doesn't care. You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?

  @airtelindia Very disappointed with Bharti Airtel support. I asked to add my father’s number to my family plan, but support made his number primary and now my SMS/emails show another person’s name. Please correct this immediately.
