Despite multiple followups, the refund is still pending. Please resolve this immediately and process the refund ASAP. This kind of service is very disappointing.

Madhuri Sharma (@genius_madhuri) reported@airtelindia do not make recharge online with airtel, they deduct your money and do not renew your plan just give you transaction ID nothing else. At Customer care no human to reply either on call or on chat.
