    @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

    @airtelindia I have Installed airtel fibre with DTH of 599 plan. But they automatically add one a la carte pack of 19 rupees. When I tried to cancel it, it still showed processing your request. But my basic plan changed to 618 rupees. How to change it back to 599 again??

    @Airtel_Presence Day 8 of my airtel airfibre wifi outage- Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 8june closed without resolution. Req 31-1000014292419 13/6 still pending. No one visited. Airtel is still sleeping @airtelindia

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.     @airtelindia ; your service executive gave an estimate of 15 minutes for a new connection, and haven’t setup the connection in 24 hours. i have got dozens of phone numbers of people to call, and no one is responding.
