    @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

    @airtelindia the internet would completely stop working. Imagine paying premium prices in 2026 and still not being able to use internet during a call like it’s the stone age. I went to the local Airtel customer care office to complain.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been legit almost 10 days i have raised a request to shift my broadband and your ground team is nothing but bunch of retards, no one is coming and I'm leaking money by recharging add ons, idk how you will compensate that but SHIFT MY DAMN WIFI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel Thanks, Upgraded my Fiber plan from β‚Ή999 to β‚Ή1299 and paid 20+ days ago to add DTH service. Payment was taken instantly but still no installation, no update, no resolution. Pathetic customer service and endless false promises.

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me
