  @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

  Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

I called you guys again and then the TAT was 5.30 PM but still there is no resolution. I can't call you guys again and again for a resolution. (2/3)

  Once again I went to the CP (Connaught Place) @airtelindia customer care center, but they said there is no need for re-verification. Even they don't know why my mobile connection got disconnected.   @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Just useless and hopeless customer service from this company. I've been trying for the past month to disconnect my Airtel AirFiber connection, but they have shown absolutely no concern for my request. Is this really how you treat your customers?
