@airtelindia I'm so upset for having such bad procedures. There was an excess payment twice during a recharge and now instead of refunding it, I am offered an extension of the recharge????? I don't want that. Find me a better solution please.

Hi @airtelindia. My broadband is not working since past 10days, 3 complaints have been closed without resolution and still one is open and bill is due in 2 days. Am i supposed to pay bill for services not being available? @consumerforum_ pls look into this.

@airtelindia Never trust guys . Worst customer services to speak to. Spoke to Supervisor sharanya today she was more worst and rude. I made a payment towards broadband and DTH they posted it to postpaid connection and not able to tranfer to those service no communication within there dept.
