Do @airtelindia have to get permission from local wifi providers before installing in somebody's house? This is so ridiculous! And the customer care executive gave some vague technical reason for not having the wifi installed.

This complaint is going ,in writing, to @airtelindia head office. I'm going to definitely escalate this rubbish and offensive behaviour of @airtelindia and get the faulty persons responsible behind this, punished. Poor and pathetic service !
