    @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

    @airtelindia I requested Airtel One Black on 28 Apr (Req ID: SXWTYW5ET1), paid ₹1500 on same-day installation promise. Still no connection. Engineer not responding, rude behavior, multiple SRs with no resolution (1010103018398). I WFH & struggling for 6–7 days. Not acceptable.

    Day 4: Still no resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Air-Fiber (A/c 20029123057) has a severe "Flapping" issue—works for 5 secs, dead for 5 mins. ​Instead of fixing, team gives 4G coverage excuses. Need a senior engineer onsite NOW! #AirtelDown #AirtelAirFiber

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.

    Airtel Airfiber ID 02222962504_wifi. - Useless Speed capped at 1.5-6 mbps. (Taloja, Mumbai) Wifi issue remains unresolved. No engineer visit. Last month has to change SIM. Being harassed with false promises for around 1 month now. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
