@airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

@airtelindia I have been trying to deactivate safe custody since yesterday through Airtel Thanks app as well as through customer care but neither could be of help. In the morning they kept me waiting for freaking 19 minutes and the senior executive didn't turned up. Pathetic.

@jinsenkaredath @airtelindia This same issue I had faced with #Airtel. They don't start new plan (recently recharged) post expiry of existing plan. The recently recharged plan gets activated instantly. Hence you lose validity. In #Jio if you recharge, the new plan is activated post expiry of existing plan.

@airtelindia I am a loyal customer of Airtel from last 7-8 years, Recently while I am out of India in Aus, the sim card stopped working due to network issue. I request you to kindly help me to get a replacement sim card which can be collected by my father from Airtel Bhubaneswar.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been repeatedly emailing my request since July 2021 to reactivate my mobile number. After a few initial assurances from Airtel (121) to resolve the issue, now there is neither a reply on the current status, nor a resolution of the matter.

@airtelindia recharge reminder 3-4 days prior is okay but issue is once we recharge remaining days validity will vanish since there is no que system in activation of recharge. Then why reminder before every call, there is no point for this ****.
