    @airtelindia Seems like Airtel is losing its dignity now. Network is getting worse day by day. Time to switch to another operator i guess. U still have time to make network better, provide better connectivity and maintain healthy relationship with ur customer

    @somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia "Cribbing? Hello Mr. Suckerwal We pay around ₹4,000/year to Airtel. Unlimited 5G wasn't advertised as a charity—it was part of the plan we paid for. If the promised service isn't delivered consistently, questioning it isn't cribbing. It's called expecting what was advertised."

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very professional in customer harassment and pathetic customer support I myself faced wrong recharge reversal refund from last 40+ days Every time they response with their template reply lol I might have to register my complaint with #TRAI Soon !

    @Indian_Analyzer @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider . Postpaid 5G sim giving speed of 2G . Raised multiple complaints from last 4 months and they automatically resolved without connecting me . That's Airtel experience . Airtel slogan should be no customer service only ads

    @airtelindia It’s been 3 days since my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection stopped working. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
