@airtelindia gives the worst customer support service when it comes to issues faced by customers. I mailed @airtelindia about the no network but still no reply from them. They charge us hefty amount for the services which are not worth it. Don't use airtel fibre. WORST SERVICES.

@airtelindia I have applied for new connection, running from pillar to post but no one seems to be working on the issue and all promises and ETAs seem empty. Didnt expect this from Airtel who used to be known for its service quality.

It's very slow network here. When the lights come in my area, the network behaves very good but when lights goes ,, it works very badly. Solve this problem quickly. @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia My wife Sim is not working and I went to airtel store they told me to issue new Sim on that number because the Sim is damaged but the factor is that my wife is pregnant now its impossible to go airtel store for verifica during this pandemic situation then what to do?
