    Even you provide network repeater for my office, what will be the solution for my home. I understand corporate culture and difficultly in resolving this issue. But still issues is a issue, so I wait for 100 days to see how responsive @airtelindia is.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care team especially for #AirtelBlack is quite disgusting team. I have been raising tickets and following up multiple times for around 2 months by now, but tickets were closed without resolution. #CustomerService is poor as usual.

    @airtelindia I’m trying to activate Airtel ESIM on my iPhone device. Followed all the steps and its mentioned service will be activated in 2hrs but its more than 24hrs, still service is not activated(showing as NoService on esim and physical sim). CAF No: A01A0LG1OP
