Just spoke with Mr. Dhruv from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer care team and had the most pathetic experience.He seems to b a senior guy who's taking calls and didn't allow me to speak with his seniors. Please send some one who can disconnect all the connection at my place

@airtelindia my sim suddenly stop working (no signal) I went to CRC they gave new sim but said u may have to to our main centre (without navigation i can 't go )because in there record only 1st name is there n m not having any document with only 1 st name . Mistake from ur side .
