    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago Recharges aren’t free, either stop reminding and sending text to recharge or don’t overlap plans. Never expected such a shady tactics from airtel. Disappointing.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I dont have internet since 6 days and your customer care is pathetic,they emailed me back stating issue is resolved but not yet resolved,no proper phone number to call your care.let me know how i can cancel your broadband or i will complaint to consumer court.

    @JioCare But I want a refund. Because I already booked Airtel fiber and airtel's wifi expert reached within 3 hour and my wifi connection is almost done @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia So please provide me my refund. Your fiber service and your engineer is very bad and not any response
