Dear @airtelindia, I raised a complaint two times, and you close this without informing the user. Now you stopped my calling services. I take your premium plan, and now I am not able to contact customer service; you tell me what I should do? This is how you serve your user?

@airtelindia I’ve been a loyal Airtel user since 2016, but sadly, after nearly 10 years, my area still has no proper Airtel network. I’ve stayed with Airtel for all these years hoping things would improve. Please bring network coverage/tower to our area. @Airtel_Presence

  • Jha_Rkrishna
    Radhakrishna Jha (@Jha_Rkrishna) reported

@airtelindia I am continuously receiving calls from different unknown people, and every call shows “Forwarded Call” on my Airtel number. It appears that someone has set my number as their call forwarding number. I contacted Customer Care, but they refused to help. Please look up.

@TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Fooling customer charging unconditionally

  • Haryanvi_Talks
    हरियाणवी टॉक्स 🇮🇳 (@Haryanvi_Talks) reported

@airtelindia Service is not so good but they are incrising price, I am using 5G unlimited pack of Airtel, but they cut my data from 4G pack and not even giving 5G speed and unlimited data

  • DanzelAlex
    NAPOLEON BONAPARTE! (@DanzelAlex) reported

@TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Totally agree with you! It is highly frustrating to pay ₹3599 and still have to do a ₹39 top-up just to finish daily tasks. Many users face this exact issue where 'unlimited 5G' is restricted by a 300GB hidden fair usage policy cap or unstable tower switching.

  • FilmyKriya
Film and Cricket Updates (@FilmyKriya) reported

@TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Jio and airtel same issue. Better switch to VI

  • 08shubhamjindal
    Shubham Jindal (@08shubhamjindal) reported

@airtelindia My broadband has been non-functional and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Now Airtel has responded to my DoT complaint DOTEL/E/2026/0049932 claiming that I confirmed that “all network parameters are working fine.”
