    Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia It has been 10 days since I submitted my request to transfer my wificonnection, and I have made 8 calls to customer care, some lasting 45 minutes, yet the transfer has not been done. My work is getting hampered. Request ID: 21-178601184542_1. It's a pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have installed airtel airfiber on 15jul. from day one it's not working. I have raised multiple complaint even technician visited they are unable to fix this issue and they said this is due to faulty device. I have requested airfiber replacement.

    @airtelindia This is ridiculous, no internet connectivity since more than 24hours. Is this a joke? No proper response from customer care either. One last time, if not I am moving out if airtel wifi and porting out my phone network as well

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi in our area is off since more than 24 hours and I cannot even raise a separate complaint from airtel thanks app as they say work is under progress. We suffer this outage almost every monsoon. Please look into this!

    @airtelindia Your app deducted the amount twice due to a bug. Support claimed there's no refund policy in such case. Even after escalating to the appellate, only partial amount refunded. After 10+ followups, the complaint is still pending and now you've raised a 1226

    1/8 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely frustrated with Airtel’s service. I requested an IPTV connection on 10 July and paid ₹500. When the engineer arrived, he told me Airtel had incorrectly raised a DTH request instead of IPTV.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ~15 years as an Airtel customer with multiple Mobile, DTH & Wi-Fi connections. For almost ONE MONTH, I’ve been trying to get IPTV installed. ~15 support calls later, I still don’t have IPTV — only contradictory answers and broken promises. 🧵
