    Dear @airtelindia, I raised a complaint two times, and you close this without informing the user. Now you stopped my calling services. I take your premium plan, and now I am not able to contact customer service; you tell me what I should do? This is how you serve your user?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, @airtel_wifi "I got Airtel Wi-Fi installed on 08.08.2026, but the engineer did a very sloppy and improper installation job. Now, neither the engineer or Airtel support is picking up my calls. Extremely disappointed with this poor service!"

    @airtelindia what happened to you? Worst mobile network across the Pune, constantly fluctuating since last 3 months, even in good areas like Baner. Absolutely frustrating.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @minimum recharge as such is 94/99 but it was a planned game to fleece by creating artificial crisis. Now she is not receiving calls & avoiding. I am postpaid customer with 4 other numbers of family of airtel. Why should I not port to other service provider & go to consumer court

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I already shared my Wi-Fi ID: 0835225477262, but there’s still no response. What kind of customer support is this? Fix the issue immediately or refund me. Bloody frustrating.

    @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

    @airtelindia Your Connaught Place M block store service is not good. Staff doesn’t have the knowledge about Airtel services. Also they make excuses that store is about to close and can’t assist at 7pm whereas the closing timing of store is 730pm

    @airtelindia My Airtel WiFi has been down for 2+ days. Despite repeated complaints, nobody has come to fix it. Your representatives have stopped responding and even blocked our calls. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Fix this immediately. #Airtel #AirtelIndia
