    @airtelindia I have 5 postpaid sim and 1 wifi connection from this account. If you keep saying that you are our premium customer, then this is how we treat our premium customers.its beenmore than 10 days now.I am working through mobile hotspot.Just fed up.poor coustomer service

    @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia Broadband shifting scheduled for 18 April still not done. Already contacted support and asked to wait again. No technician assigned yet. Very poor service. SR 10905948503 Location:- Zundal, Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.

    3rd largest co by Mkt cap. I hardly have a network in both of my offices at the prime location of Guj Cites. Plz don't ask to text in personal just to show the world that you care. Done this a few times earlier. Hardly any solution I have no choice as of now @airtelindia
