    @airtelindia Airtel has the worst service I have received till now... IVR has no option to contact a real person. Wifi in my area is down since yesterday but still no resolution. Also no option to reach out to airtel.

    Dear @airtelindia , i am sorry to say that your services are getting pathetic day by day. I raised a complain 3 days back regarding dth, your technicial supposed to come yesterday but he did not turn up. I called him on the number sent to me by your team, he replied that he was not assigned the task. Since yesterday i called severaltimes to your customer care no, but no solution provided so far.

    Airtel is a fraud telecom company. Its 5G program is truly a fraud. 5G signal show in device. Also in 5G coverage area but net speed is worse than 4G. @airtelindia
