    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's impossible to connect to your customer care. I am looking to change to eSIM but it says my email is not registered. Inspite of going to the airtel store and updating, no luck. On the other hand @JioCare is so reliable and effortless support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel SIM stopped working 3-4 days before. There is no sign of network in the phone. I checked the same in other phones, but it looks like there is some issue with the SIM. Let me know how & what is the procedure to replace it.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , it's been 2 hours since my recharge of rs. 48 was completed, but I cannot find any update in the coupons section regarding data. Plus, please tell me a way, by which I can talk to the customer service executive regarding these kind of things.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have requested upgradation to Fiber Plus Mesh plan. your website, it's says will be installed 48 hours . it is 100 hours, no one installed the device or even called .Customer care says it will take 10 days more. please don't mislead customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Using Airtel dish from years. A error code B001 started flashing. Customer care saying engineer would visit n will charge ₹150. Why that charge is there? It's bad quality of service at ur end and isnt it your mistake? Plz justify. @TRAI

    @airtelindia Why is your customer service so pathetic to keep calling customer multiple time a day for broadband bill payment 7days before due date stating payment not made. After informing multiple time again the same happening next day. Frustrated.

    @airtelindia worst service. I ported my Vodafone number to Airtel because my friend recommended me however after porting in 3 months my number got deactivated. Now the Ahmedabad team states since it's a MH number u need to go there and the MH ppl say it can be done in GUJ.
