I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it.     @airtelindia Rechrged with 598 plan and I am yet to receive any OTT benefits as promised - Netflix, Hotstar, Xtsream premium etc. Why such pathetic service that I need to tweet to get the job done which should have been done automatically?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Too poor network now days. DATA SPEED like 2G network in 5G regime. Just making fools and looting customers.. They already know that only two carriers are running. Just not bothering about their service..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is not working since last 5 days and when ever i call airtel black support team they say your request is in progress but its in progress from last 5 day. Airtel black is working worse than BSNL support
