@airtelindia Are you ever going to introduce broadband or fiber connection in 833218 pincode. The only possible way to access internet is by using mobile data and it sucks because of network and slowness issue. Please help.

@airtelindia I think the airtel broadband service is worst in Pune. Neither you are able to attend the complaint nor able to resolve. Field engineer are incompetent and never able to resolve repeated reported problems

@airtelindia there is so much network problem in my area. Sometimes VoLTE disappeares and sometimes sign of network connectivity. I called customer care but no solution... I think I should change the sim card network.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

What the hell is wrong with u guys? Atleast provide ground technicians. We end up calling IVR again and again and no response even after escalating, priority service and what not. Everytime something goes wrong we get horrible service. @airtelindia
