    @JioCare why is it so difficult to Close a jio fiber account and get my refund, 20 days and waiting, customer support has same usual story, no way to talk to a supervisor, @airtelindia was more decent and prompt in closing when i switched from them to u, show the same decency jio

    @airtelindia Airtel promising 0 complain. I logged ticket on 28.12.2021. With 31-3826794022178 After 4 days still same issue due to this my child not able to study online . New complain no- 313831538940393 Such a pathetic service providing by your Airtel.

    I'm going to port my @reliancejio number to @airtelindia . Experiencing calling issue since last 1 month. They say that you'll have to raise the issue at the time you are facing it. Shouldn't we concentrate on our urgent call at that time?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia had huwei router and dint had any issues.. dont know why the engineer changed to nokia router twice.. and since then the wifi signal is not good.. always getting disonnected and not able to connect again they kept faulty router and i am facing issue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had already made a 3 month payment for Xstream Fiber connection 2 days before still no one came for installation they are just delaying the same. Pathetic service. Let me know the procedure for connection cancellation.
