    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Raised complaint for refunding the excess amount almost 4 months back on 9th August. Everytime the ticket is getting closed without resolution. 31-4286208099937. 21-4234558680302. When asked the convenient answer is technical error.
