    @airtelindia my wifi is not working from last 2 days only before 10 days technician came and did work again same signal problem happening. I already registered complaint but nobody contact me. Your technician support is very wea. Poor customer service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Can you please prioritize the complaint regarding the DTH connection. Unable to watch any TV channels since 3 days already. Complaint id - 656905946, subscription id - 10101022719920. Even after logging complaint, no action yet.

    "Day 6 of no internet! 🤯 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is this how you treat a loyal customer? Your technicians visit changes, do nothing, close tickets with zero resolution. Paying for premium but forced to use mobile data. Fix this immediately #shame moving on to @reliancejio

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Their chat service is the worst. Their 40 mbps speed works more like 10 mbps. Pretty pathetic service from @airtelindia
