    @airtelindia Hi, I raised a ticket to change my Billa plan for my Broadband. I raised it on 16th Jan. Nothing has been done. I have called the customer care unlimited time, they say it will be done in 2hrs, 4hrs, 24hrs. I have been a customer since 2010. But you might loose me..

    Your Sim Change request for your mobile number is completed. Retailer may charge you up to max Rs 25/- as his service charge for SIM change But charged 120 rs for sim replacement @airtelindia
