But I'm sure issue won't be fixed; instead, a dummy ticket will be created and auto-closed. In the end, I'll be forced to buy a replacement SIM again from @airtelindia , and that will work until I travel somewhere. 😕

I’ve confirmed the issue is STILL unresolved, yet I’m given another “tomorrow.” The fibre cable serving ONLY my house is physically cut. Neighbours are online. ******* FIX IT.
