@Airtel_Presence my broadband is down since 3 days. The engineers say that there is wiring problem and it cannot be solved. I think I will have to lodge police complaint against @airtelindia for theft. Broadband fees are prepaid and service is refused.

@airtelindia I have paid 4000 rs in last week for airtel black broadband connection your representative today informed me about unavailability of box .... Again when I asked for cancellation of request she told me it will take 15 days to refund .... What kind of service is this
