    As world is moving towards AI technology @airtelindia is moving towards Stone Age Their engineers cannot fix WiFi outage from last three days in city like Mumbai I feel like laughing, You guys should hire some engineers from @reliancejio if you are unable to fix WiFi issues

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please let us know how to connect to your customer care. No one answering your customer care number even after multiple times. No responsibility from your team. We are not in remote place. Its already 15+ hours still wifi issue not resolved

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

    It's been 3 days since I've been using Airtel service, and I've tweeted about it many times. Even though I have an unlimited plan, it's 90%,100%, so how does my unlimited plan get fully charged? I'm tired of tweeting every day. Please do something @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Customer Care confirmed that an External/Engagement ID was generated, but despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received it after 4–5 business days. I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and support. Please look into this and restore my Prime benefit ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia booked ₹599 Wi-Fi+IPTV plan (Order: 21-180437143205). Wi-Fi installed, but IPTV pending since 5th Aug because staff says "STOCKS NOT AVAILABLE"!Why is my ₹1500 advance money deducting daily for a service NOT delivered? Adjust billing & install ASAP

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How long are customers expected to keep dealing with this? My Airtel Wi-Fi has been disconnecting repeatedly for the past two months, making it extremely difficult. Despite trying to get the issue resolved, there’s still no permanent solution.

    @Ravisutanjani Sorry but my experience with @airtelindia postpaid is just #pathetic Serious network issues since 5 months but no resolution Everytime i complain, i get a 2 weeks timeline and it is closed without resolution Even appellate and nodal office has disappeared All fake claims about priority services on postpaid Now they dont even respond to my complaints #shameless #disgusting
