@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia When asked for discontinuing their broad service WITHIN 10 dys of getting conctn, airtel customer care refused to refund me the setup charges and monthly charge i paid! Preposterous!!! For using 10dys of intrptd you are chrgin me Rs 1768?

@Airtel_Presence Thanks for your response; But i caused inconvenience from your side. Why i was supposed to pay the money? No one is saying the reason. Very disheartening experience from @airtelindia , problem is from organization side but the customers need to pay money and change the sim?

@VittalGopal @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel did a tv ad in which airtel said "Countdown to 0 complaint" actually means to discontinue every connection that has compliant. Started from me and next is you for sure. Now Airtel can say One more complaint has been closed successfully
