    @Airtel_Presence This is what @airtelindia do with their clients.. opted for Airtel black on 14th March and today on 9th April they haven’t changed my plan. 25 days still no support from customer care

    It's about to 1 month and you ( @airtelbank ) didn't solve my problem. @airtelindia your recharge is more costly than other telecom. It has no clear voice, sometimes inaudible on call, and now sim text not sending. Thats why your recharge are more costly than other telecom ?

    Planning to switch to Airtel unfortunately your internet is not working even though with recharge pack.. expected resolution is Apr19 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ... Bad luck

    @adite @airtelindia But yes the call centre and apps need to be more effective. If you call, first you get treated to a spiel on new offerings , then the number of buttons you need to press to get the right service is frustrating . And it's next to impossible to get a human on the line .

    @JioCare What a pathetic Mobile network, inspite of multiple complaints, No improvements, Not approving PORT to @airtelindia Always Jio number would be not reachable! Tried Changing Sim /used eSim and changed to mobile! No luck
