    @ajain_aca @airtelindia Sir sometimes download speed also depends upon the Speed that website server is providing u. If u have a broadband of 300 MB/ps and if that site server is slow then it will take time to download. I think u should try running YouTube or any other application for the speed test.

    Ticket ID: 120358716 Had raised a ticket with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to re activate my DTH connection, so that I can add it to Black membership. The resolution time has already breached since 2 days, but no reply back over mail or call. Please Respond & Provide the fix!

    with all this feature i opted ACT if this bad behavior i would have expected from ACT i would have opted @airtelindia . FYI i got a new ACT connection post old connection disconnected, dont know how your field engineers KPI in new connection and disconnection.

    @airtelindia Worst service, STB has problems, I am prime customer having black connection. Set Top Box restarting frequently so I contacted customer care for 4 times but no resolution yet. I stopped Videocon D2H connection and taken Airtel package but now frustrated with service.

    @airtelindia I am living in Gujarat district, Kolak village near Udvada Railway station. Since last 3 months I am getting problem with your internet speed compare to before. I got messege from airtel about 5g speed in my village but it's looks like false promising. Solve ASAP.
