when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I’m using Airtel since 2007 uninterrupted but on 30th June SIM got disabled, SIM replaced twice still service not active, no clue with staff when it will be restored … high time to port my no. @sunilmittal22 @VittalGopal

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence past one year using DSL connection though I took Xtreme fiber plan. Unable to get speed more than 40Mbps. I was promised that within 3months I would get Fibre but its been more than 1 year. Pathetic service though in heart of Bangalore city.
