Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Guys yr CS team needs some serious training. Bought a galaxy watch visited the airtell store to get the esim started got a reply sir Aaj Sunday hai system nahi chal raha at 2 stores in Bandra. Called 121 they have no idea what esim is. Help!

@airtelindia Don't buy Airtel i got the DTH they promised me that I'll get the 12 OTT channel they gave me only 2 they said I'll get the Airtel Xtreme I didn't get one and they are charging for all these services for the past 3 months and they are not solving the problem

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst experience from Airtel Xtream fibre. First they came to our location said installation will be done by today evening if you pay the amount. Accordingly i hav paid yesterday and now they are saying that there is no feasibility in our area.
