    @airtelindia Nodal officer UP west is not responding to my mail on a serious issue regarding my SimCard is deactivated so long and due to ownership issue i am not able to reissue the new sim, for same i contacted the nodal officer UP west on mail to explain.

    @Airtel_Presence - posting this 2nd time in 2 days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - I have a Airtel sim in Melbourne, Australia that's been recharged on time. The issue is I receive SMS from India but wen someone calls me from India it says the number is switched off. Help.

Again explained my issues to Sanjay Mishra from your team on March 21 & Pooja S on March 3 & shared 100+ screenshots & messages. I'm Gold customer but @airtelindia has refused to accept and solve my problems
