  Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia sunil is the technician assigned who is fooling around and not willing to come. +91 8542-824514 and dharmendra his manager who again is of no help +91 79-05012510. Kindly speak to them and assign a new technician and get the issue resolved.
