    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence This is an escalation. My Airtel internet has been down since today, but I'm being told the engineer will visit only tomorrow. This delay is unacceptable. SR: 11033972682. Pl arng immediate resolution today instead of delaying d visit. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Frustrated with constant issues with their broadband internet. Constantly under performing (bought a 200mbps plan only to get only about 3-12 mbps) Automated response that doesn’t solve, Call centre folks that I can only reach through a secret route on their complaint engine, magically makes it 200mbs again. They claim they see some obstruction around my wifi router, sitting hundreds of KMs away. Field team never visits, makes excuses. And in a day or 2 the speed will drop back and the look repeats. They have made it a point to under deliver on their promised bandwidth because they know Jio is worse and a consumer has no where else to go.

    @reliancejio,It ls been 36 hrs since i raised the service request to fix the problem with my jio Router. Unfortunately,there has been no visit by your engineer,who was supposed to fix it on 30 june. Now can i get this fixed, else have to switch to a better company @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Team, I'm fed up with the repeated complaints for not getting services even after paying 1097₹ for 84 days with unlimited 5g and 4g services. The internet services are worst and multiple call drops in a day.
