Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

No action was taken and the complaints were closed without talking to customer. That shows how customer centric is Bharti Airtel group is. Wish i could port my number again to Vodafone (90days lock) as i dont expect any solution from Airtel. @TRAI @airtelindia @ViVodaidea

@VISHWAS31248607 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Vishwas, just keep phone on wifi. Ignore the error. Keep it for like more than 2 hours then restart your phone. Just remove other sim and reset network settings. It worked for me

Irrespective to that i was charged for 3 numbers monthly plan. Kowing that those 2 numbers never got ported and Airtel never did any followup either. Also after multiple complaints to the cust care for correcting the amount and to make it legtimate.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst service, even in city like Pune you do not have Xtream remotes to supply, 9766690826 # Airtel Black Customer, service request for your ID 3012663815 towards Remote Control issues is 71977258. ERT 5 pm, status resolved, without delivering remote status marked resolved.
