And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I need the customer care team to guide me and the first agent told me that nothing was to be done from my end. She said she'll forward the request to the senior team. Again, I got no call.

The point was that the exact process was never clarified to me. And I was always clear that I wanted disconnection.
