    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    In Muthulapuram, Theni district, Tamil Nadu, the network completely drops whenever there is a power cut. We pay for uninterrupted connectivity—not service that disappears when it’s needed most.Ensure proper power backup for towers in rural areas @airtelindia

    @RajaSubramani22 @airtelindia Hi! To disconnect your Airtel broadband: Open Airtel Thanks app → select your broadband → Help & Support → Broadband → Disconnection (or Manage Services). Submit request with reason. Or call 121/198 from your registered Airtel number, request cancellation, and note the SR ID. It usually processes in 3-7 days. They may ask why—stay firm if you're sure. Let me know if you need more help!

    @Airtel_Presence I've contacted 3 customer support executives- Gopal,Yashwanth,Sameer and provided them my alternate contact,but still my DTH connection is not restored,it's been 3 days since I lost connection and made a complaint to @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, My postpaid (₹999) and WiFi+TV (₹599) bill is usually around ₹709 + ₹1178, but this time I received ₹2116. I have already contacted customer care multiple times, but no resolution yet. Please check and resolve this issue urgently.
