Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I am getting calls and sms saying ur phone is unreachable! Is it just bcz @Airtel_Presence pathetic services or anything to do with 5G launch! The world is struggling with so many things. Don't screw my mind to kick ur *** and switch for a better network. @airtelindia sucks.
