Hi @airtelindia I suggest don't raise Prepaid plan for Airtel users otherwise you will loose ur customer,shares and ur profit. My small suggestion better give good network coverage and frequency then they will accept ur decision. So think before you do something.

@cmani @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 😮 that's a pretty long outage. Airtel is known to fix issues in time. Wondering why such delay! BTW, I don't use Airtel Fibre because I am still following up to get Copper line upgraded to Fiber since 2+ years in my area. The executives are just not interested!
