    @airtelindia so the nearest store is in manjeri. Ok close to 20km from where I work. No biggie. Just need to pop down and get a new sim and wait for activation... Right.... Oh was I so very wrong..

    @JioCare had high hope of Jio Customer care. Utterly useless. Customer care ppl want to just say something and disconnect the chat instead of resolving the issue. Been facing issues for 3 weeks now. I guess its time to switch to @airtelindia cc: @reliancejio
