Why DND made a cumbersome process, I have been receiving sms 10 times a day even after DND . Pls activate full DND . DM link pls @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia also pls make single user system as your customer care are unable to take DND request what is that ??

@JioCare I have provided all the details. Hope problem gets solved by tomorrow because it's already 10 days passed and I can not do my studies and lectures without internet. Otherwise I will opt for refund and switch to @airtelindia . @JioCare paying ₹100 more is better than bad service.

@Airtel_Presence It’s been 2 days & no adequate response has been given from your side. Had called the service guy & fixed a time twice yet he never showed up. Pathetic. So disconnecting the services and thanks but no thanks to u guys at @airtelindia for taking good care of your loyal customers.
