Pathetic Service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Got my broadband conn. disconnected last month, but none of the options are working for payment of a disconnected acc. 1)Fix it in ur AirtelApp that shows error/try again toast everytime. 2)Atleast provide Customer care support.
