    I had closed my broadband connection just due to this. @Airtel_Presence. for about a year I have been trying to find how Amazon prime was showing as active without me activating it & now @airtelindia wants to charge me for a non-existant service on a closed broadband connection?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing disconnection on Airtel Xstream broadband since yesterday. Been 24 hours yet not resolved thoroughly disappointed with the service (or lack thereof Have faced this in past also If this continues I will switch to other service provider.
