@airtelindia Facing internet issue for a while now and engineer says that he doesn't have a solution to improve the connectivity and insisted on switching to alternate service provider as Airtel is incompatible to address the issue and provide appropriate speed. Please address.

Had they mailed that plan is unviable and request for shifting...i would have asked for dialogue and hifted but 799 plan works for other colleagues and myself shifted by @airtelindia with just sms 15 days prior is what has irked me. This is not airtel i know or support

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team- Pathetic service. I have raised a service request before Nov 10,2021. It has not been resolved yet. I have to call your call centre daily. On top of that your staff is extremely rude. Your floor supervisor Anjana Thakur’s behaviour 1/n
