    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For a change invest in quality of services and equipment instead of paying an army of morons in your customer support. Hope they learn restart a modem so that they have something different to talk to customers. After that you can teach them to listen to customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In the past 10 days, the disconnection has been for almost 6 days. Let Independence Day & Rakhi be, it still amounts for 4 days. All I'm getting is empty responses on mails and DMs. Reopened the ticket for resolution of same issue. No action yet. 1/2
