    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    Very disappointed with Airtel Wi-Fi service. I requested closure of my Wi-Fi connection over a month ago, yet Airtel failed to process the disconnection and has now charged me for another month despite not using the service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn

    Everything was running smoothly, and internet speeds were commendable—until Starlink was reportedly disapproved for introduction in India. The Indian government has cited security concerns as the basis for this decision, which raises the possibility that internal adversaries may be attempting to disrupt the country's already robust 5G networks. These disturbances appear to coincide with the government's move to block Starlink's entry into India. The impact has been particularly noticeable in Manipur, where network connectivity has been severely affected. Video calls no longer connect as seamlessly as before, and internet services frequently remain down for extended periods. A thorough examination of the current systems and operational workflows may be necessary to uncover any internal interference.     @airtelindia due to net connection not working for last 2 days.rather taking up my complaint branch employee offered me to disconnect the device and throw it out side. as I have used all the data depoited as security. Isthis the way to tell someone asking for past sales service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged Rs 100 late fine for late payment of last month's bill. There is no such provision mentioned anywhere. I have been using Jio Postpaid for the last 6-7 years. They never have charged any late payment fine for untimely late.

    @Airtel_Presence All required documents for my late father's SIM transfer have already been submitted at Airtel Store Bhagalpur. Still no resolution. Why such a complicated process for legal heirs? Please solve this urgently. @airtelindia It's really frustrating.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber service. It's been more than 24 hours and my Wi-Fi/internet is still not working. No proper resolution has been provided yet. Please look into this urgently and restore the connection asap.
