    @JioCare @reliancejio please let meknow how can I port out from jio? Because everytime I hear is that due to congestion internet speed is low & your team is working to resolve this. It's been more than an year no improvement.Would be porting to @airtelindia if I get good service

    @airtelindia I am recieving a 2g speed while using internet from 2 days . I had waited today also still there is no improvement in network . What is happening airtel .

    You will have to face long waiting to contact airtel customer care and after trying many times call will be disconnected, as airtel getting more customer they are not able to provide good service to customer. 198 number is also not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have a raised a complaint regarding my broadband. Its being more than 24hr no one came to fix. Engineer called to ask but then he switched off his phone and didn't come. This is service airtel provide to their customers. Local provider are better. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i would love to understand why when you need to replace a sim because it is faulty (an Airtel issue) and not because I am a new customer asking for a new connection, the process to activate the sim takes 4 hours?
