    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @airtelindia it is really shocking when engineer is asking airtel thanks app login OTP by calling customer after the disconnection request..Why customer should give his login to someone engineer/representative? What if they do raise any request without my knowledge? Poor process

    @airtelindia I am a customer of your xstreme fiber and I have lodged a complaint with complaint number 10003026792 on 6th December that internet is not working but the complaint just gets resolved without the happy code and issue is still open.
