    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    We should burn down @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . They give us 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 gigabytes per day and can hardy use cuz of the shitty network, ******* ripping us off. Let’s all burn the ****** down. #airtelindia

    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    If service providers can hike all prepaid charges why can’t they increase the number of days in a month to 30 from 28 ? @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I switched to Jio on this kind of your service, "Service Update:Due to a technical issue you may experience disruption on your Airtel Xstream Fibre.The expected time to resume your services is 21 Jan,5PM. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." Many on Queue!! 👍

    @airtelindia Visited your Uttarpara, West Bengal store to port 2 numbers to prepaid, but staff at store said prepaid SIMs aren’t issued at Airtel Store and pushed postpaid instead. Very disappointing and unexpected from Airtel. Please help.

    @airtelindia is charging me for #AirtelBlack while I can't make a single call or use the internet. Mailed customer care . No help Mailed consumer grievance .No help Contacted @TRAI still no help How is this even legal? I'm paying for a service I CANNOT USE. This needs to stop.

    I just ported to @airtelindia and it’s been 3 days I have been struggling to get my e-Sim activated despite multiple visits to Airtel store .. and there’s no way I can reach out to Airtel Customer Service on mobile app or website or call centre … Regretting my porting decision

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi in Chennai has been completely down since Saturday (16th) evening. Raised multiple complaints via the app, and today the local outlet tells me it’ll take another 24 hours? 2+ days of no connectivity is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia its been 4 days now, my 5g is not working. Previously it worked fine at the current location. My roommates also have airtel sims and are facing the same problem. Also no way to talk to customer support. Worst customer experience ever.
