    My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

    I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

    @samkat4u @airtelindia Please employ more people. Not enough to speak a language, to fix wiring issues for broadband. Such negligent service you guys! Because of your mistakes, I’m paying! In wfh situation atleast try and fix your complaints asap. Worst support person ever. Doesn’t even pick up call!

    @airtelindia from last three days, I continue calling @Airtel customer care . Even after clear all pending dues of customer Id 3038223418 but still shown suspend from last three days. Everytime I call it resolve within four hours but still problem not resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have ported my sim from vodafone to airtel, and purchased a separate sim and dongle.worked well for 15 days, post which service quality declined drastically, currenly the speed is really Pathetic and I am back to using my jio mobile hotspot.
