My Airtel postpaid SIM is not working since 23rd March. No airtel center in Gangtok. Do something @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am paying my bills for last 2 months without using the number. Unable to do any banking transactions. Please arrange to send new SIM by post.

I am not getting internet from 14th July at my @airtelindia broadband 0359211651719_dsl.Informed ground team on 15th eve,they assure me to give services by 16th. Today the team came and told me that due to high power this issue arised and assure me that by today eve, it will work

@airtelindia I hv ur airtel black 998 plan. Could you tell, how much standard period is there to resolve complaints? I'd raised a complaint on 8 sep but still it's not resolved. Could you really feel that this is Priority Resolution as you committed in Airtel Black benifits?

@airtelindia very bad experience with Airtel broadband team. Even after registering complaint no one visited and customer service saying will resolve after 24h. When I purchased connection they said technical team available 24/7 all issues will resolve in 1 or 2h . But all fake.

Airtel ,you say you care for poor. First you increases the minimum recharge that one can do then you remove sms ability from there. I request you to give atleast chance for sms from balance itself.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
