@airtelindia Very bad to say one side airtel supporting covid other side thier employee forcing tier 2 people to come to thier centre for query registration related to net issue. Current in Mathura at my home broadband is not working.

@airtelindia I'm at Police line, Mathura, U.P. pin code 281001 since last 10 months. Airtel network is very poor here. I chose Airtel from Jio to get a better network but it's all opposite, Airtel tower is as near as 50mtr of me but still facing network problem. Plz solve it asap

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service person came found damage in cable coming from hub to home, asking money for getting it changed. He repaired something and taken 50 Rs asking for 100Rs without any recipt. Also is it justified to take cable charges???

@airtelindia If we are not audible to other person properly, Customer care says to change the SIM.when we change the SIM there is no proper Instructions given that you will not receive calls and Msgs for 2-3 days. This is digital world wherewverything runs on OTPs. Disappointing.
