    @airtelindia Very bad to say one side airtel supporting covid other side thier employee forcing tier 2 people to come to thier centre for query registration related to net issue. Current in Mathura at my home broadband is not working.

    @airtelindia worst ever xtrem serv today 13th day reported at all level including area head customer care repeatedly but this is no mans land advance monthy rental for full month half therent period over every body deaf ear pl disc my serv and boast hollow fibre no 05654014645

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @rtiindia Airtel sims are getting block unexpectedly and they are taking money of Rs-50 for each. Issue is with more than thousand of customers at my area (Mathura UP)

    @airtelindia your service provider takes 950 rs as service charge for reactivation of my old sim Card like seriously man 950 rs as service charges for 50rs work please take action against it as soon as possible otherwise I will take

    @airtelindia worst ever response from pnb cares wronly diverting the aggrieved custrs to the pnb care who does not have any idia of issues relating to the pensioners pl dont do that this is highly frustrating for sr citizens pl take up the issue with concerned and then get back

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service person came found damage in cable coming from hub to home, asking money for getting it changed. He repaired something and taken 50 Rs asking for 100Rs without any recipt. Also is it justified to take cable charges???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had applied 5 days back for Airtel Xstream fiber connection and had paid 6 month advance, till now no response,no connection.I had a call on 121,they responded in rude way saying we will connect to a senior person,and just kept the call on hold.

    @airtelindia I'm Airtel broadband user in Rishikesh but the network is too slow according to 4G speed I don't what the indian telecommunication is going to down for service matter. I'm using this for office work but can't satisfaction with speed and service also.

    @airtelindia Poor service provided even before installation. Fiber cnnctn was discussed and paid for with the understanding that installation would be done last wknd.On Mon,they infrmd that system was yet to be updated even today + they are not taking the calls.Very disappointed
