@airtelindia I'm at Police line, Mathura, U.P. pin code 281001 since last 10 months. Airtel network is very poor here. I chose Airtel from Jio to get a better network but it's all opposite, Airtel tower is as near as 50mtr of me but still facing network problem. Plz solve it asap

Very disappointed with mobile service of @airtelindia . Network fluctuations is so high not able to make a single call. Neither data is working. Waste of money. @DoT_India please take nessasery action. ( Desh ka sabse slow network )

Dear team,some days ago we plan our contact number jio network to Airtel network and till today 5 days complete to processing but my number does not port till now. As per policy number port within 3 days but today 5 days complete without portability @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airteldth @airtelindia Not happy with the services. Lots of trouble after getting connection before one month. Customer Care no is also not available. Connection stopped before 3 days inspite of having balance in the account.

@airtelindia Very bad to say one side airtel supporting covid other side thier employee forcing tier 2 people to come to thier centre for query registration related to net issue. Current in Mathura at my home broadband is not working.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service person came found damage in cable coming from hub to home, asking money for getting it changed. He repaired something and taken 50 Rs asking for 100Rs without any recipt. Also is it justified to take cable charges???
