He repaired something and taken 50 Rs asking for 100Rs without any recipt. Also is it justified to take cable charges???

Through Airtel thanks app. It redirect to amazon app but isn't activated. I have contacted customer care but the issue hasn't been solved yet. Awaiting for your feedback.
