    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    Hi @airtelindia do you have a customer service number where customers can call because your app doesn’t seem to be registering a complaint. The internet service at our place in chennai is down and the follow up has been very poor.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don’t play smart to be good at the social media platforms. Actually you are using gunda parties to communicate with customers. This was my decision to port out from airtel because of your worst network but how could he talk to me like a gangster

    On my Airtel DTH its showing a channel is added but its about an hour & still telecast hasn't started yet. When i called @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer care they are saying channel is added but the telecast hasn't started yet.

    @Airtel_Presence Malayalam channels like Amrita TV is not getting in IP TV in Thiruvananthapuram City area. These channels are included in the subscribtion and we are paying for past six months though @airtelindia failed to render promised service. There is no customer care available to reach out

    @airtelindia I my self saw 3 customer been forced to go for postpaid just to get sim replacement. Do u think just going for postpaid will make u stay in market. This was one of reason why many people port out

    @pradhnitin @airtelindia Yes I have very bad experience.. my WiFi not working since 6 days but.. Airtel's technician don't want to solve minor issues too like cable change or connector replacement

    Netwrok of Airtel is awful these days. Calls disconnecting, voice is not clear and videos keep buffering despite i have available mobile data. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you need serious improvement
