    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    I am using @airtelindia from last 12years, but never saw such ignorance by a company towards its old customers, had raised multiple requests to your teams about the signal strength, no service etc. your teams turned deaf to these complaints !

    @ankush1492 @airtelindia Very true. Same thing has been happening with me since 8 months. Each month I send a mail for disconnection, they say they will do it. But in next month bill again they'll add the amount. Airtel has become really irritating. Worst support @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Signal strength at apartment for most of the residents. Ticket raised and closed without resolution. Raised again and closed again. Latest ticket is 31-4274426418986. Airtel not providing 4g properly, but they want to go 5G.
