@airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your backend teams thinks if the customer is able to use internet everything is fine. Whereas I am only getting 2 mbps, while I am paying tor 40 mbps.
