I paid full bill amount, disconnected and closed my Airtel Broadband 2 years ago (in 2020). Today received an email bill to pay more. Customer support took the request and asking 7 days. Harassing email still coming. Bad service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

One of the worst Airtel experience. My BB installation has not been completed for 2 weeks and the customer care department has no clue what is the issue. Worst they never call back.Very bad service and highly disappointing. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
