@airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

@airtelindia regret changing over to Airtel for fiber net. You couldn't even attend to the switch box on the St and install my fibernet but blaming some other team to attend etc. After getting customer nobody owns responsibility. Shall i cancel my order fr fibernet

@airtelindia my broadband is down since last 5 days. Have raised a ticket and made approx 20-25 calls trying to get it resolved since then, but no resolution. Your customer executives repeat the same mugged up lines on call. Really disappointed with your pathetic service.
