@airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtreme fiber service is down since yesterday. More than 24hrs elapsed. Any idea when will it get restored? Work activities are getting hampered. Ticket already logged but doesn’t seem to help. It shows ongoing outage and keeps getting extended.

@airtelindia the issue will resolve next day at 12 PM and after 1 hour i got the message that issue will resolve in 72 hours, also i had not received any call from Airtel backhand, such a pathetic service i recommend not to take any service as the people are giving you wrong commitment and

@airtelindia Irresponsible service by airtel. I have raised my complaint on 27the aug which was done recharge wrongly to wrong number and I told to transfer to correct number. Customer care associate mistake was she wrote number wrong again. Because of that my issue was closed😡
