    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    @airtelindia Also let me know how to connect to your customer executive. I called on 121 but they want me to recharge with some talktime, while my unlimited plan is already active. This is a limit. Atleast the customer helpline should be easily accessible.

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel AirFiber. My internet has been down for over 30 hours despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited. It’s also impossible to reach a customer care advisor. Is this the level of service Airtel promises? @airtelindia #StayAwayFromAirFiber

    I need help with my plan. I am currently living abroad and to keep number active I have paid for plans for 365 days including a roaming plan for 365 days. Both had unlimited calls. Upon coming back to India I ran out of talk-time. I had to recharge. Tell me why pls. @airtelindia
