    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

    Inspite of being an @airtelindia black member, it has been so much of a pain to coordinate post sales service from their end. Very conveniently at the brink of switching over to Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been using @airtelindia & Got trouble with eSim while on international roaming. Got new physical sim in India,converted to eSim but cant activate eSim while on international roaming. Feeling stranded.

    @airtelindia Yes, you can't keep calm. You can just ask your customers to stay calm for not giving proper services. First try & cater to your existing customers which have already started to move to other networks because Airtel doesn't care to even address complaints now. Horrible service.
