    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia awful cust service exp for my senior citizen uncle who requested for cancellation of a postpaid number. No consistency on the turnaround time for cancellation- current response was 23 business days; bullying a senior citizen!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Guys!! How can u leave the customer like that without even reply for anything we ask? I'm currently using airtel which i will plan to change as the customer satisfaction/interaction is zero. U made me realise that choosing airtel is a wrong choice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am constantly receiving telemarketing calls even in late evening around 9PM despite DND activation. If this doesn't stop from today, i will switch to other network. Look into this and resolve it.

    I think @reliancejio has not funding any more on Internet. Since 3 days I am facing the net issue and thank god I had another sim (@airtelindia) for making this tweet. I faced the same problem when I am in Eluru and the same now at Tanuku!! Hope some work to be done ASAP!
