    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia service request was generated on 10th Aug. Multiple follow up calls were done afterwards. Your engineers are closing the service ticket as done. When reopened the TAT is more than 4 business days? Do you only have one technician-Alok? Is there any accountability?

    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Yes. Facing a lot of problems in delhi metro. Video can't play. Frequent network problem, call drop resulting battery problem.

    Been using airtel for a long time now, but i think its time to switch @airtelindia I had raised a complaint for disrupted services 4 days back yet when i call the assigned engineer they tell me it will not be done today as well. And then you guys have the audacity to charge full

    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Switch to Vodafone. Atleast they give you free data in between 12-6AM and also rollover the unused data of Weedays to Weekends. Airtel has worst network provider, their voice calling is third grade.

    @HonestlySayiing Raise a ticket for mobile network issue. #Airtel will generate a ticket with resolution date 3 weeks later!!! Must be with government support. #BSNL was better. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Tried calling the Airtel customer care number 9810012345, it says 'The dialed number doesn't exist'. Tried calling the Kerala Appellete 9995844865 and it says 'We are facing technical difficulties, please try again later' What a shame... Pathetic !!!

    In Delhi, Airtel’s network is extremely poor. Neither calling nor the internet works properly. Forget about 5G—even 4G isn’t working properly. Despite spending so much money, these greedy, exploitative companies provide hardly any service to their customers. @airtelindia
