    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    @airtelindia I had booked the Airtel xstreem fiber package with OTT + TV but from Airtel team they have installed the wrong HD box. It’s not expected from brand like Airtel. It’s totally a mistake done from your end & I am still waiting to resolve this issue from last 20 days.

    @airtelindia Bad customer service for Airtel XStream fiber. Have registered 2 complaints in 1 week for my Static IP but have not heard back from the representatives! Every month you charge me a Static IP Fee, but have still not been allotted a Static IP. Please help resolve this!

    @airtelindia pathetic service! Regrets whiting over to you guys! Illiterate call centre agents… constant harassment by calling for no reason despite being a premium customer and never late on payments. Call centre system sucks and as soon as you answer, no agent on other end
