    @airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

    @airtelindia Also let me know how to connect to your customer executive. I called on 121 but they want me to recharge with some talktime, while my unlimited plan is already active. This is a limit. Atleast the customer helpline should be easily accessible.

Your silence, lack of accountability and complete absence of ownership are unacceptable. I have preserved the relevant records and CDR evidence.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I reached out to customer care as well multiple times, they just had a recorded voice that kept giving deadlines. Then somehow reached out to an actual person after a while. He said he ll escalate it, nothing happened, weird experience. Pls fix this,I have work @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi
