    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Simply refuses to help and solve the issue of the consumer. @TRAI Sleeping as usual. New Sim given to the consumer which is already used by another previously. The New consumer faces calls related to the previous one.

    Then I called to customer care their Airtel executive will say that the order i.d is not created and I will escalate the issue to respected team and issue will be resolved in 48 hrs. After 48hrs when I called the customer care again the same story @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
