    I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

    Pathetic customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews and that too being an #Airtelblack user. Service down since 3rd Jan 20:30hrs. No resolution till yet. only timelines are being shared. you should reduce the mouths on call and increase the hands on field...

    Worst part is @airtelindia provides worst DTH box ever, which gets damaged every 5-6 months and they bloody charge everytime for it. Worst ever service.
