    I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

    @airtelindia is penalizing customers for recharging DTH post expiry. They disconnect the TV and even if user recharges within 5 mins, they are charged Rs20/ Activation Charges. This is a prepaid service & only Airtel knows how many customers they cheat like this. #consumercourt

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dont think airtel cares anymore. 3rd time this year i am facing issues with family plan. The child number’s internet just stops working out of nowhere and no customer support knows why and they don’t care either. Last time it went on for a week!!..

    @airtelindia we will come back to you. and @vodafonein1 , we will meet at consumer court for 1) False promises to hold customer 2) Your staff picking up the call, listening and then keeping mmm, mocking customer 3) no way to escalate it to higherups

    @airtelindia its been 6 hours now almost every single user of airtel has lost its airtel network in beed, maharashtra, india. whats wrong with you all?? there is not network at all, what if someone gets an emergency and not able to make calls ? who is going to responsible
