    I added Star Sports 1Hindi to my Airtel TV at 6:00PM, but the channel is not reflecting in my A/C till now. Airtel Thanks app is doing null and nobody is picking up the customer care no. Worest experience ever. #AirtelTVsucks @airtelindia @DishTV_India @TataSky

    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end.     @airtelindia I have unlimited 5g pack is active. But my 4g data has been consumed. Whenever I complain about this, there is no solution.

    The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Air Fiber WiFi connectivity issue since morning, router sometimes comes online for two three mins, then turn orange yellow, and since last 1 hr it is completely red. I work from home and it is critical for me. Location PIN - 713212
