1/2 @airtelindia After raising numerous requests and multiple follow ups, engineers are closing requests without any resolution and giving excuses to visit, check and resolve the issue. I work from home and totally dependent on Airtel Broadband. I couldn't have worse experience.

@airtelindia Our office internet has been out for the past four days. We had filed complaints about the problems, and they assured us that an engineer would visit us and handle our concerns. We've been waiting for two days for someone to come to our office and resolve the problem

@JioCare had high hope of Jio Customer care. Utterly useless. Customer care ppl want to just say something and disconnect the chat instead of resolving the issue. Been facing issues for 3 weeks now. I guess its time to switch to @airtelindia cc: @reliancejio
