@airtelindia Pathetic services by Airtel Customer Care for my refund for a new connection request number: 20007645853 Sales guy asked me to pay to his GPay and he did the payment, he receives refund and he is not picking up my phone. Airtel Customer Care took no responsibility.

@airtelindia pathetic simply pathetic service. I subscribed the broadband service in December with assurance that there will be 24/7 support as I do night shift and it is not possible to chase or find help if there is a problem during my shift. Now it's the 3rd instance
