So far no one has call me and wifi is down since yesterday. Your distributor has also switched off its phone. Please look into this issue.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . The router given at the time of connection is not working. Using broadband since LY. contacted customer care for a free upgrade. I was told that it will be charged. If I need to pay for the router better I'll switch to another provider.
