    @Airtel_Presence I didn't over looked the amount you adjusted was relates to October month, after listing the lot of bird stories from Nov 6th and 8 times follow up finally adjustment happen yesterday... Now I am asking about nov outage and want to listen new bird stories @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Look into this matter i have 39 coupons but fail to use in 719 recharge pack. Is this fair to implement this kind of policies 20% increasing on every pack? From long time we using airtel. But this time too much for us.
