    @Curious_Com_ I have been an Airtell customer for past 10+ years, switched to post paid 2 years ago. Did experience bad network at many places but I do not support this subjective scheme. Just improve your infrastructure to support everyone paying you. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with the delay in my broadband refund. Installation was not possible in my location but I am still getting contradictory updates instead of a resolution. Please process my refund immediately before I escalate further.

    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, and since this morning the network has been disconnecting frequently. Calls are getting disconnected repeatedly, and mobile internet is also not working properly. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Dear @airtelindia, WiFi shifting request raised on 17 May with promised resolution by 19 May. Still no update, no engineer visit, and no proper response. This delay is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. @TRAI @DoT_India

    Ported from @reliancejio to @airtelindia Postpaid Family Plan and now facing internet issues on 3 SIMs for the last 11 days. Multiple calls & store visits, but only “complaint raised” every time. Worst service experience so far. #Airtel #PoorService

    Just a reply that your complaint has been registered. I've complaint more than 50 times, and complaint id ? Half a dozen. Are you playing with your customers ? @airtelindia Such a fraud. Having the most costly recharge and still providing such pathetic and ****** network.
