@airtelindia @Sunilmittal_ @TRAI Stops to level of 0.1 MBPS and as a customer you got to know after calling the tele caller executive which is again a very painful exercise to reach out to them. @airtelindia In India we are using 5G and paying increasing recharge costs, but service is disappointing. In Chamua, Narkatiaganj, West Champaran, Bihar, when electricity goes off, Airtel network also goes down like it has no backup. Please fix this issue.

@airtelindia @airtelnews i am using xstream fiber connection with 999 plan and unable to use Amazon Prime Video as part of ott benefits. I have renewed the plan but myairtel app says it is already claimed. Plz help, as the airtel app doesnt have option to talk to customer care.
