    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

    @airtelindia worst decision of choosing airtel wifi as per the conservation the wifi needs to install at 1500 but post installation everything the technician was asking for 1798 more than the promised amount 600rs extra don't know for what purpose your support did not had idea

    @airtelindia pathetic, cheater. Took 200 mbps plan getting all of a sudden frequent disconnection. Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.

    @CSMIA_Official your wifi and @airtelindia your network in airport terminal 2 has gone for a toss. No internet no network. @MoCA_GoI kindly take cognizance due to this we are not getting cabs.

    @airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

    Who the hell said @airtelindia gives the best customer experience. I am airtel black user and I have raised a request for shifting connection for dth, it's being more than 1 week and it's till not done. Inspite of multiple follow-up request there is no response from airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia after months of follow-ups since Oct 2025, DTH has finally been disconnected. Hwever, I ws billed the entire time despite repeated requests n tickets being closed without resolution. Expecting FULL refund of charges. Please confirm timeline. #Airtel #CustomerRights

    @airtelindia Dear airtel company your network is very slow in the Jharkhand locator if you check Muri railway station to Ranchi railway station your network is very slow please work. I am facing the problem in train. Please work on the location.
