@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

@Airtel_Presence This was never informed. So i am closing all my account with Airtel. Refund me the extra charges charged and also the advance I paid. Convert all my numbers to prepaid enabling me for #MNP . Wasting money for 2G speed and ever increasing plans. @airtelindia @VittalGopal
