@airtelindia Sir, My mobile no is 9975730048! I have recharged with talk time Rs. 79 on 12.05.2021. (Successful as per app) But it is not showing the recharged amount in my balance. No one is taking my complaint !! Is this the plan to achieve zero complaints target???

@ArpitaB25768775 @airtelindia They will do nothing about it. My network issue is kept unattended for last 7 months. Had to file a complaint at consumer forum. Would suggest you to do the same.

Last night I received a mail from their nodal officer, claiming the issue has been resolved. Guess what, I am getting a speed of 3.5 Mbps. This is the 4th time they had lied to me.
