    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence U r making customer fool u r setup box run only for few months then top working & I have to ask for engineer visit which is very costly more than setup box if I asked for repair reason your setup box poor this is how a company run or making money

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I’ve been trying to convert my postpaid SIM to prepaid for days. Twice my request was closed saying “could not reach you.” I spoke with customer executives for 5–10 mins, but during the final process step they kept saying “your voice is not audible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am stranded in the UK with a brand new replacement SIM that has an active IR pack but shows No Service. The physical chip won't latch onto UK networks. Manual network selection fails. Please help me activate this physical chip immediately.⁠

Is this the way you want to treat our relationship?

    @airtelindia Everytime your chatbot saying your network needs to improve. But no improvement in network. Since 2 years you guys are saying your area network improvement is under progress. Still no improvement but you guys keep increasing recharge pack price. Now i am thinking about port.
