  Dear @airtelindia your internet is too slow in my area compared to jio. I have already compared JIO and airtel internet and airtel internet is much slower than jio.

  @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia They have made it almost impossible to do anything outside the app. Even if you visit the store to some resolution, you need the app for some steps.

  This is not an India only policy. Many operators across the world already differentiate between on device data and hotspot usage on certain plans. The difference is that people there actually read the plan terms before buying. The real issue is transparency. If unlimited 5G excludes hotspot usage, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden in fine print. Consumers deserve clear communication, not surprises. @airtelindia @TRAI

  Hey @airtelindia your network sucks, I recharged airtel because of watching ind vs eng match, I'm in coochbehar west bengal in city but your network is not working at All. Others companies network like jio, Vodafone working fine. Pls fix it aqap. @DoT_India @PIB_India pl action

  @harshparmar100 @steveplusf @airtelindia Okay they are saying so, but why are you expecially unlimited internet at 300-350 recharge, even our local internet service provider costs more, stop with this freeloader mindset. Sab free m h chaiye toh chudiyan phenke beth jao gharpe rotiyan sekte.

  Holy **** after deleting my airtel app..my network gone from 5g to 4g..now I downloaded it and guess what..5g network connection came back immediately after sign up my airtel no... @airtelindia You are doing some **** that will haunt you.

  @TRAI Just doing the program will not help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence harass and exploit customers. What action do you take, they are doing open scams and frauds, first claim something and then dimiss it. If u want to disconnect their wifi or sims they dont let it do that as well.

  @airtelindia you have the worst Customer care. The chat bot in your app is a complete trash. Even the customer call center number is worse than trash. Customers are not able to connect in case of emergency. I have been using airtel sim since many years. Now considering switching.
