    Pathetic customer care @airtelindia . Even local broadband services offer faster resolution. Spoke to at least 8 different representatives. And everyone offered quick resolution. And yet nothing. The last one I spoke to, Richa, ended up saying it will be done tomorrow. WORST!

    @airtelindia , extremely disappointed with Airtel Broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request is being delayed for days with no proper response. Looks like prepaid customers who paid for 6 months are being ignored after payment. Pathetic support and zero accountability

    Airtel took payment for WiFi installation and later said there’s no signal in the area. No refund, no updates, and the service person stopped answering calls. Worst customer service experience ever. @airtelindia @airtelindia Worst service like no option for refund related issues

    Even crossing 72 working hours still it is not credited and now @airtelindia server down. Its more than 7+ days your service off at my location.

    @airtelindia Unfortunately, I am still unable to set my desired Hello Tunes as a postpaid user, despite having contacted customer service. They were unable to assist me with this issue. I find this unacceptable given the cost of the service.

    @Airtel_Presence I raised a Wi-Fi shifting request on 6 May 2026 (Order ID: 21-167403585752). Installation was later scheduled for 13 May, but even after 9 days it has still not been completed. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my complaint no. 11029975998 dt. 11.05.2026, but internet was not working from 23.04.2026. Who is responsible? ये कैसी सेवा है? कोई बताए इंटरनेट कब चालू होगा?

    Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi connection and paid ₹1500 in cash. After 3 days, the technician informed me that service feasibility is not available at my location and the request was cancelled. Request ID: 21-168181693102 Kindly process my refund at the earliest. @airtelindia
