    I have my Airtel Internet pack and what I am facing is that whenever electricty gone the Internet also gone and not working. Now I feel that why I always choose the Jio internet over my Airtel. Dump @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I am getting 5-10 Mbps speed in Wifi since morning, when I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan. I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it. Please look into the matter urgently, it's hampering my work. #AirtelPoorServices

    @airtelindia I have 5 airtel services, never got frustrated but today when I want to close my wifi connection it was tedious you guys have a very sick service exit experience thinking of moving all my services to other network provider

    Hello @airtelindia I booked the wifi on 21 April, agent number was +91 8139985574, till now nobody is responding. I called the team lead Priyanka also, all are so careless. Still i didn't get any service from Airtel. Such a worst experience. Worst customer support.#airtel
