@airtelindia Airtel has CCA/CCE like"Niphayat" in prepaid process who don't know the importance of Customer and How to serve customer. Got pathetic experience, need action for such services or else I have to leave the Airtel network in next 24 hours by switching other network

@sathish_ganesh @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Agree that #airtel has good network, but they have very dumb team to resolve issue. They keep claiming that it will be resolved, but don't give any timeline. I had experienced this three time in last 6 months.
