    @airtelindia I am shocked to see pathetic current service level of Airtel Broadband. 4 days my broadband internet is not working. Despite calling 10 different people and CC. No help. I remember Airtel used to give outstanding service until few years ago. What has you brought down

    @airtelindia has the WORST customer service. I received a bill for my broadband which was due on 4th of July. I made the payment on the 28th of June, well in advance. However Airtel has disabled my broadband for non payment of bill. Contd. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My amount has got debited from ur #AirtelPaymentsBank app but the app showed work in progress. When I contacted ur Customer care @ 400 no solution provided. Kindly help n credit my money back. Don't pass ur responsibility to one another @Airtel_Presence
