    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.

    @airtelindia I had a terrible experience with still pending installation of Airtel Wifi. It has been rescheduled thrice with all advance payment done. Hi Gaurav kumar, we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-164286576994 has been rescheduled.

    @AirtelIndia I am on your โ‚น859 Unlimited Plan and my internet has been COMPLETELY non-functional as of 9:56 PM IST on 13th April 2026. I am paying for an unlimited plan and receiving ZERO service. This is a clear violation of TRAI guidelines on promised network quality.1/2
