Dear, @airtelindia please fix your services near the Thane railway station. I was trying to book a ticket using the scanner system. But my internet wasn't working at all. Which caused me to miss multiple trains and helplessly ask other people for hotspot . (1/2)

@airtelindia I have recharged periodically on time on my number.Last month 15th I did recharge with INR 99, but not sure why it's showing that the service on this SIM is not available for the last 2 weeks. Kindly check that and let me know what else I can do to get the service available.
