@airtelindia Tried calling 121 and 198, but they’re now AI bots that keep repeating useless info and have no clue about the issue. There’s no option to talk to a real human. It’s beyond frustrating — Airtel has replaced customer care with cost-cutting bots.

(2/2) I have tried everything on my part, and I won't be paying anything extra since not being able to talk to airtel customer care is not my fault. There's no way to talk to airtel customer care. All I can do as a customer is talk to random bots @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Got a call from +91 70457 60922 claiming to be from Airtel, but asked me to switch to “Vadafone” for better service. Is this internal sabotage, cross-brand poaching, or just telecom theatre? Either way — shady & unprofessional. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare
