    @airtelindia today is 13th day of DTH is down at my home. And no one in the company to listen the customer plight. Today an automated message came & a Service Engineer was scheduled to visit and solve the problem by 6 pm. Just received a call from the Service Engineer thatโ€ฆ.

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the โ‚น499 plan. However, the executive showed โ‚น499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing โ‚น899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @Airtel_Presence the internet connection has not been working since this morning. Red light on Modem. There is no Dial tone on the landline. Unable to reach Customer support to register a complaint. Please register a complaint with @airtelindia broadband A/c No. 12747656.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1โ€“7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 8 days I am trying to reach out customer care to talk regarding the Xstream service, but not able to connect .why such a pathetic service, pls gv me a call to discuss regarding my Xstream WiFi services, or else I need to find alternate
