    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I changed from Jio to Airtel thinking you would provide better customer service but know I think I have done the biggest mistake of my life as for mere hundred of rupees you are loosing a customer which I think is not a big deal for you.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @airtelindia now u guys are misleading customers, promising fiber connection charge advance for fiber connection by deliver DSL, and if we raise an issue, the amount is non refundable as you are stupid to trust Airtel
