    @airtelindia Postpaid connection is easily available when it comes to porting it comes to port, customer is very disturbed in it, so postpaid connection in life too

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

    Airtel IPTV service is a COMPLETE DISASTER 😡 App broken - "Get a Call Back" button UNCLICKABLE! Called 121, forced to submit online request. Submitted YESTERDAY, NO callback after 24 HOURS!     UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for 18 June, but your engineer misled me into sharing an OTP and rescheduled it to 19 June. Now he’s not answering calls, and there’s zero update. I’m flying tonight. Stop harassing customers and fix this immediately! Unacceptable

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pls note I am an Airtel customer and would like to bring to your attention the poor network coverage at my location. I have been experiencing frequent call drops, difficulty in making and receiving calls, and very slow internet browsing.
