    @airtelindia Postpaid connection is easily available when it comes to porting it comes to port, customer is very disturbed in it, so postpaid connection in life too

    @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3

    @airtelindia You have very bad coverage in Greece. Calls don’t go thru most of the times, data and internet speed is atrociously slow. Nothing connects. Made a mistake taking the international pack for self and wife.

    @143_pushpendra @airtelindia Restrict the network to 4G and 5G only. Many times I've noticed it connects to a 2G network even if 4G is available.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unacceptable service delay. Wi-Fi speed has been degraded for >2 days β€’ Ticket ID: 11039480939 (unresolved) β€’ Callback req: Missed(due date was 1st Sep) Zero follow-up despite clear SLA breach. Need an immediate escalation & engineer visit today
