    Hello @TRAI ,@Airtel_Presence There isn't any proper complaint attending system with @airtelindia,my number got disconnected for last 10 days, not resolved yet.I think, currently airtel can't handle this much of customers & I wonder who is there to ensure the rights of customers

    Most pathetic service is #AirtelBlack Don't opt for this one. I'm done with @airtelindia Fun part is they are accepting it's mistake from there side and Never correct it, and top of it they will ask you to pay more. And fake promises @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Hi, your App sucks big time. 4G services are a waste. +91 80-41715083 - unable to change billing plan from 3 months to 1 month via the APP. Customer service hung up after 15mins. You guys should close shop! Waste of money!

    @AirtelPresence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 3 days no network. When I complained then your staff said to change the sim card. After changing sim card also there is no network. I think its time to port my number to JIO.

    @airtelindia don't even bother to reply to DM sent to @Airtel_Presence then pls give any valid reason why should customer stays on your network?
