    @airtelindia Postpaid connection is easily available when it comes to porting it comes to port, customer is very disturbed in it, so postpaid connection in life too

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. My internet has not been working since evening and despite raising a complaint, Iโ€™ve been given a resolution date of 28th April which is completely unacceptable. This kind of delay in todayโ€™s time is frustrating. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia My internet speed is stuck at ~0.2 Mbps for the last 4 days. Complaint was marked resolved without fixing anything. SIM replaced, tested in another phone still same issue. This is clearly a backendproblem. Please fix this urgently or escalate to your technical team

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have postpaid connection, with 3 family plan , Iam following up with the customer care as I have problem of call drop as well as internet drop very frequently every 10 - 16 min, No response from ur chatbot, I feel it is dummy, Poor, bill is full.
