@airtelindia @DoT_India Our Office Opposite Mahim West Station, And Just The Distance of 200-300 Meter there is A Base Station of Airtel. But your Technician Says. take 2/3/4/5 Months For Connection. @airtelindia a month ago I took xstream fiber and now it is showing red light on LOS and the internet shut down. I have called to customer care no.for this query but no one has responded.pls do something because we have interviews and for that I need internet

@airtelindia @DoT_India First solve customers problems. You people close service request without solving it. Till date esim conversation not through. Customer care /escalation team clueless and keep rattling out procedures. Arey that procedure only not going through they do not understand.

I applied for airtel fiber and set top box plan through ur X-stream fibre executive, done online payment. He did some mistake while creating my login so he told me to cancel request as he has selected wrong plan. He took OTP from me and cancelled req.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
