    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia a full month of complaint against network internet issue but can't be resolve last 12hrs only 2G network and internet speed too late.

    My prepaid number was accidentally migrated to postpaid today, wiping out my 1-year prepaid plan done in June. The SIM is currently at No Service. Please roll this back to prepaid immediately and restore my active plan balance. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Pretty fed up with @airtelindia. Raised the issue this morning, got it β€œresolved,” but the internet worked for barely an hour before going down again. Now the resolution is pushed to 2 PM tomorrow instead of prioritising it Issue ID:11037429010. Please escalate
