    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a post paid customer of Airtel and also a DTH user. My settop box is not working for past 7 days. Box that is not working is SD. I am ready to upgrade. But no response from your local dealer. My money too is getting deducted. Solution pls.

    @airtelindia I never have got as many calls if I ever raised an issue as I have in past 3 days despite making the payment, just coz ur softwares are dated the payment made takes two days to reflect and the amazing part is I don’t even have network on my phone

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely disgusting that you don't seem to have even a single bar of service in the middle of the city at a hospital. What if somebody needed to call for an emergency? It's beyond me how you want to charge more for no service.

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    Work from home is the new normal now and @airtelindia is giving pathetic network which is not helping at all, The 4G speeds are horrible and the 4G network disappears after every 30secs. What's wrong @Airtel_Presence ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.

    I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As an Airtel Black subscriber, I made the apparently unreasonable request of having my fiber connection switched from NAT mode to bridge mode. To Airtel’s credit, the configuration change was completed promptly the very next day. Unfortunately, that seems to be where competence ended. What none of your support personnel, across multiple support tickets and at least three levels of escalation, appear to understand is that when an ONT/router is configured in bridge mode, the subscriber requires PPPoE credentials to actually access the Internet. This is not an exotic networking concept. It is Networking 101. As a result, my broadband connection remains unusable. Since my Airtel TV set-top boxes also depend on this connection, my television services are down as well. My professional work has been impacted, and I have spent days educating your support teams about the basics of the service they are supposed to support. My current ticket number is: 11032477458. Today, two different representatives called to assure me that my issue would be attended to. Having made those assurances, they have now apparently adopted the innovative customer-service strategy of simply not answering calls. At this point, I am seriously considering permanently disconnecting the broadband service and pursuing compensation for the consequential losses I have suffered due to Airtel’s inability to resolve a straightforward technical issue. And finally, a word about the Airtel Thanks app. Calling it “Airtel Thanks” is perhaps the most optimistic branding exercise in telecommunications history. Based on my experience, “Airtel Thankless” would be considerably more accurate.

    @airtelindia, I have been using 5g unlimited data plan on my phone. The phone is 5g and the network is 5g but the data is getting consumed from my given daily data quota. This is my 3rd time reporting this issue. It gets fixed for a while and goes back to the same. Fix the ASAP.

    I using your @airtelindia internet for the past 2 years,internet keeps coming and going. I raised a complaint today and got a message saying an engineer will come by 7 PM tomorrow. if you send someone tomorrow, who will compensate me for the loss I suffer during this time? 24x7 ?
