Hi @airtelindia I'm experiencing pathetic network coverage in my village. N/w coverage is there in farms but zero inside house. Can't talk inside my room & can't use internet too. Always have to come on the terrace or go to farms for network. Kindly help as I need it in WFH.

Airtel services are down in #Pune. I visited their store in the morning as my sim is not working since yday, they told me they can't check that also. shame that we can't do any OTP based txn or UPI based txn as someone is upgrading to 5G. Not sure about my issue @airtelindia

Utterly disappointed from the unprofessional behaviour by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I demand @DoT_India to help in such cases if we port our number the recharge pack should also gets transferred to the new carrer since now all the packs are almost same for every company.

@airtelindia two SIM cards have gone bad in 4 months. Checked for retail stores in Vasco, is present only online, physically when I went it's not there. Called 121 from another Airtel number, it doesn't help in any way. App doesn't work as SIM isnt connecting. What should one do?
