    @airtelindia Please stop calling it an 100mbps unlimited plan when the speed will drop down to 1mbps after your undisclosed quota is over and then to retain my internet speed i have to do a data top up, which by the way is nowhere to be found in your menu. HORRIBLE!

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Multiple calls have already been made to customer support. Each time, the response has been that someone would call back, but no one did.

    @airtelindia I Paid ₹1,450 on 27 July for a new AirFiber connection. Installation was later deemed impossible by your technician. Customer care assured me twice that the amount would be reversed, but I’m still waiting. Please process my refund ASAP. UPI ID: 126951923647.

    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia I am facing same scenario for Jio. It's monopoly loot. We as a customer don't have any options. In economy, it's govt role to check if monopoly is building in market or not but here it seems govt is acting blind . And then the data packs are looting kniefs.

    @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Totally agree with you! It is highly frustrating to pay ₹3599 and still have to do a ₹39 top-up just to finish daily tasks. Many users face this exact issue where 'unlimited 5G' is restricted by a 300GB hidden fair usage policy cap or unstable tower switching.

    After 6 years with JioFiber, I’ve finally decided to disconnect due to consistently poor service and zero ownership when issues arise. Being left to troubleshoot things myself is frustrating. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia, hoping for a better experience!

    @TrueTaleTech @rahulbrathore @airtelindia No i dont agre.. jio still gives true 5G with unlimited data. From last year 2025 i switched to jio. It gives too much great speed with unlimited 5G on unlimited 5G plan. Dont waste money on airtel its worst. Jio is better
