    @airtelindia Your customer support are working great when it comes to switch prepaid from postpaid. But when we want to switch from postpaid to prepaid, no one is responding properly. Customer support asking to contact near by stores. Store agents not even responding. Sad :(

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .From last year they haven't solved my issues and even there is no update from customer care as well. We are recharging costly plans & this is the result we are getting in return from them. At least Mr.Mittal should focus on this kind of issues.

    @airtelindia Yesterday I was given assurance that somebody will come to attend to my internet which is not working. No one has shown up. Airtel is disgusting. No sense of professionalism

    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel. Broadband is down since morning. All they do is keep extending the estimated resolution time. This is 3rd major issue in last 10 days.
