    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if u don't want to give proper network, too much call drop, getting issues with incoming calls. Fedup of such issues longtime.

    After being a loyal @JioCare customer for 3-4 years, I ported to @airtelindia Big mistake. Regretting it badly already. Airtel's network coverage is terrible. Jio was 100x better. Learned my lesson in just 2-3 days.

    @airtelindia 068027194371_wifi . Since 5days there is no service. After raising the request the chatbot has been issued a service request number assigned to the engineer but no one responded. Today without resolving the issues the engineer went away. Is it not cheating to consumers? Now no customer care is receiving the call. No service request is also registered at the App. It is very unfortunate

    @airtelindia Fed up with @airtelindia closing my poor voice quality complaints without any actual resolution. It’s a loop of "completed" tickets but zero improvement. Need a real fix ASAP or my entire family will port out.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing Airtel internet slow/not working issue for many days. Every time I raise a complaint, Airtel gives me a resolution time, then closes it automatically without fixing the issue. After that, a new complaint is raised again.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing WiFi issue every week and unable to do wfh due to this.Why can’t you work permanent resolution else need to change provider, no resolution on current issue since morning. Wifi id 071223009818.

    Worst WiFi shifting service by @airtelindia @airtelindia I want to close my WiFi shifting request so I can place a disconnection request but these ****’s are making me wait for last 20 days!!! Never ever go for Airtel, I will port my numbers from Airtel to Jio too!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Till now no resolution provided. If you can't let me to change the plan, then I wish to close the Airtel broadband connection. You people are creating unnecessary mental agony to me and causing financial loss by not letting me to change plans
