    Dear @airtelindia , this is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. It’s been 7 days, and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. No technician has visited despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. #airtel

    Hi @airtelindia I converted my sim to postpaid around 10 days back and i was getting proper network But suddenly it stopped working from today. The other postpaid sim is working 100% fine. I am paying high premium for postpaid but still seeing this behaviour 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no wi-fi internet even after over 72 hours now. Yesterday, your call centre no. 1800 102 9892 told that the technician will surely visit today before 12 noon. Nobody came. Why lie? #HorribleAirtelWiFi service.

    @airtelindia and @airtelnews, it's been over a month since my Airtel connection (Relationship No. 7040954845) stopped working. Every time I reach out I get the same response The issue has been escalated,and a new FAT box will be installed. However, there has been no resolution
