    @airtelindia Very sluggish service. Even an email upgrade for esim activation is taking a hell lot of time and calls. Very rare that robot lets you talk to the cc executive. Meanwhile JIO provides email upgradation of their app itself. And their esim activation was a cakewalk.

    @airtelindia extremely poor customer service. I had ordered the mesh back in November 22 and i was told its out of stock. till today you have not been able to refund me for it. Is this a new way to increase revenue?

    @airtelindia i have a airtel xtreme fiber connection with customer code X000042 Every 2/3 days the internet services stops i have to call and ask to fix it. Again internet service is not working since yesterday morning i have called multiple times but it’s not fixed yet.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised one request on March 4 2023 for shifting Broadband Connection. Till now ticket is in progress without any calls from your end. If its still exists then I would like to go for another provider related to broadband.Poor Cust. Service
