    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been down for over 12 hours. I tried raising a complaint through the Airtel app chatbot, but it keeps showing that the issue in my area will take more time to resolve. This message has been there since yesterday with no update.

    @Airtel_Presence Airtel app shows an empty page when I try to find a status update. The SR # 11032386672. I am appalled by the lack of accountability despite multiple escalations . This kind of service is not what I signed up for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Why do we have to listen to NONSENSE before calling someone? It's frustrating and unnecessary. If telecom operators are truly committed to public welfare, why not use this airtime to spread awareness about critical issues like exam paper leaks, public safety? @TRAI
