Airtel admits capacity issue but has taken no action. My work, productivity, and income have suffered while Airtel keeps charging the full bill.

This seems to be a big scam. @airtelindia 1st falsely took the amount of their customers for services and then cancle the same by themselves and then by keeping amount in their bank they make very big interest on that amount
