  @airtelindia your AI chatbot is of no use. I tried to chat with your support agent but the chatbot is keep on bringing me to the main menu. If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Sick management and hopless condition, airtel care person only performs corum and try to waste customers time and money, i raise concern but didn't find way to resolve the issue only customer has fault who use there network. Simply pathetic

  I have been trying to get an @airtelindia sim deactivated, but the customer service is extremely poor. Last week, they called me for bill payment which shouldn't have been charged in the first place since I asked them close that number. After payment, they told me that I will...
