    Hey @Airtel_Presence I have been facing LOS since Nov 7 Inspite of raising complaint by app and mail.I have only received assurance mail by your team and not a good customer service.Small vegetable vendor provides better customer service than you.Pathetic service by @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Why do you autocharge a customer for international roaming when its kept off on myairtel app? I got charged a hefty amount for an accidental call on my phone when in Bangkok. Esp when I called and confirmed I dont want international roaming. #cheaters #consumercourt

    @airtelindia I have reported the concern on 11th Nov and 2 Weeks have been past . Only send the MSG in private section the we will taking care of it. but problem is remain the same .I feel help less If this will continued then surely me & whole family will quit from airtel.
