@airtelnews @airtelindia may be u should consider taking a strong action against whoever is working in @Airtel_Presence coz they hv no responsibility, nthng, I hv n tweeting my issues frm quite smtym no one has responded, if u have staff like this,u will loose customers faster.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been trying to get my connection shifted, it has been a week, no callbacks or updates, called customer care 7-8 times, talked to 6 different supervisors who promised callbacks and resolution in “4hrs” but NO ACTION!
