    I think it’s high time I disconnect the Airtel DTH connection as I’m unable to use it for past 15 days and the invoice being generated for those days. Such a horrible experience with @airtelindia even after the escalation here.

    Yes and an another problem with @airtelindia is their spam block. They flash irremovable red screen with no phone number. What purpose does that serve? Or they just silent it. Very often those calls are from delivery agents.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel 5G is still not working despite an active ₹649 Unlimited 5G recharge and available 5G coverage. 24+ hours after my public complaint, there's still no resolution. Why charge for Unlimited 5G when it doesn't work? Resolve this immediately

    @airtelindia wtf guys I raised to shift my connection and no response in chat support in app, No even answering the customer service number. If I’m doing work from home and I got connection on this network now it’s been days you’ll not even bothered or even respond ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your DTH website, Thanks App, and customer care are so screwed up that one cannot change the package for the DTH connection. Customer care people keep bouncing us back to the Thanks App, which doesn't work well. Please make it user-friendly

    airtel broadband services are the most pathetic i've ever seen. 3 times outage within 20 days, and each time they say it will take 24 hours atleast, i mean guys are you living in 20th century or what? @airtelindia
