@Abhishe15999924 I asked @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to cancel the request and process the refund. It's been 7 days yet I have not recieve the refund. I have no intention to take Airtel broadband any more. Airtel should have the minimum decency to refund the money

I raised technician visit request for fixing my antenna.While raising request tele caller said clearly said that you will be charged Rs 150 for technician visit. But technician which fixed my antenna charge us Rs 300. @airtelindia issue invoice online via link for such payment
