    @Airtel_Presence I already shared my details through DM immediately after your reply. It has now been 2 days, and there is still no proper response or resolution from your side. Customers are asked to DM for “quick resolution,” but after that there is complete silence. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews 3rd time in 3 weeks since installation that I have a wifi issue. Customer service can't help, your on ground people can't help, routers changed, boxes changed, no one coming for help

    @airtelindia Today my number was ported from Vodafone to Airtel, but still the SIM is not activated. I have been trying to contact 59059 for the last 3 hours and no one is responding. Very disappointed with the service and delay.

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.

    @airtelindia in fatehpur district at arampur basai (pin 212653) airtel internet has not been working for last 3 days so customer has to face problem. Airtel india pease resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Multiple complaints, emails, and tweets raised, yet network fluctuation and slow internet continue daily in my area. Now there is no proper response either. Stop closing complaints without permanent resolution. #Airtel #NetworkIssue #PoorService
