    @airtelindia ​@Airtel_Presence My Airtel Fiber is constantly disconnecting every few minutes for a month. Raised multiple complaints (Ticket: [311000015886132]), but no solution yet! Pathetic service. Fix this immediately or I will escalate to TRAI and cancel the service.

    @airtelindia I’m an Airtel Black customer, yet I’ve been dealing with poor Wi-Fi performance since last month, with no proper resolution so far. Latest Speedtest: 37.95 Mbps download | 89.11 Mbps upload | 50 ms ping, and this is not AirFiber. As an Airtel Black customer, this level of service is extremely disappointing. Please escalate this to the technical team, investigate the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution. Please share my complaint/SR number and a clear update on when this will be resolved. #AirtelBlack #Airtel

    I want to cancel my airfiber connection. No 5G signal in my area airtel tower so I want to cancel my airfiber connection. I complaint multiple times but 5G service no activate yet. I don't want to waste my money. So take your wifi back. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews The network in my area is extremely poor today. Calls are not connecting and mobile internet is not working.I have already raised two complaints with Customer Care, but no solution has been provided yet.Please resolve this issue urgently.

    @airtelindia Either resolve this within the next few days or extend my subscription/service validity by the corresponding number of days. Please treat this as urgent and provide a clear resolution. Also the remote is currently under warranty period. @airtelindia

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I believe I should port my number. What good is a service provider who takes 15 days to resolve a basic network speed complaint. Despite of so many follow ups... No action taken by airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 @Airtel_Presence Service installation ke baad se usable hi nahi hai, phir bhi billing July se show ho rahi hai. Jab internet mila hi nahi to payment kis baat ki? Wrong billing/activation date correct karo, unusable period ke charges adjust karo aur connection actually fix karo.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I am facing severe network issues at my location (F Block, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092) for the past week. Network signals keep fluctuating or completely disappear, making it impossible to use services.
