.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence WTH is wrong with you guys? Observing it since March 2020 that whenever there's a powercut of more than 2 hours the network goes for a toss. Either the guys at the main towers save fuel or there's another reason. Please get it sorted ASAP.

@airtelindia my broadband did not work for 3 months but still inpid the bills waiting for it to start. after speaking to your customer service people i finally managed to get my broadband connection disconnected. They assured all bills are clear and nothing is pending…. Cont 2
