    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if u don't want to give proper network, too much call drop, getting issues with incoming calls. Fedup of such issues longtime.

    People of India, especially Bhubaneswar — avoid Airtel Broadband. Careless and disrespectful service, extra money demanded for installation, and no real support from Airtel offices except formal emails. Worst customer experience. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Bhubaneswar

    @airtelindia There is No Response on the Request # 10942848032 even after multiple remainders and escalations. @DoT_India Please look into the matter and complaints made on Airtel. There is no proper resolution provided. No proper ETA followed.

    Will you extend my service validity for the days lost due to your delay? If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like a refund for the remaining period due to such poor service quality. At this point, switching to @airtelindia seems like a far better option. (3/3)

    @airtelindia you have one of the most useless customer service I have ever come across. Absolutely pathetic. Waiting for 45 mins and I couldn't connect to a real agent. After 2witing for 30 mins, the call gets disconnected. You are absolutely pathetic. Learn something from Jio

    Part -4 Worst of all is your app. So you have any option to register my problem there because I couldn't find any. None of your customer care number works. So again, my question is is this intentional ? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence 1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @airtelindia
