    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if u don't want to give proper network, too much call drop, getting issues with incoming calls. Fedup of such issues longtime.

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel fraud isp you claim best internet provider and charge advance for 3 months and after that internet doesn't works at all, i'm facing outage oftenly customer support their technical support team is incompetent and lacks professional attitude.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Never received a call from anyone yet! Not even the social media team. We will be disconnecting all 25 connections in the apartment tomorrow. Cant believe a huge company like airtel is this laidback! Congrats on losing 25 customers at one shot!

    @airtelindia your chat support is horrible via AI . Keep a real person instead of robots . I’m getting payment due messages for WiFi and when I open the app it says no payment due.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic customer support, called twice to report discrepancy in monthly bill and your so called dedicated black customer support did nothing, they didn't even create a ticket, just false assurance of call back.

    My @airtelindia wifi is down for more than 24 hours now my @Airtel_Presence priority team is reluctant to provide information Maybe genuine issue, but hiding it from me was suspecious What competition #Airtel is going to provide for the downtime more than the SLA?
