    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if u don't want to give proper network, too much call drop, getting issues with incoming calls. Fedup of such issues longtime.

    @airtelindia Have put a Wifi shifting request since 30th of June. No one reached me out till date. Planning to switching into another operator as service is not provided on due time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We hv been facing WiFi issues since ystdy Ur staff visited today n said a wire is broken it will take 1-1.5 hrs. When they didn’t show up I called d guy who visited the 1st time .He replied v rudely n said don’t call Again. His no is 7942736694

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been almost 3 hours, and the service is still not restored. Unfortunately, this has become a repetitive issue. I have already suggested a possible solution to your technical teams, but there seems to be little urgency in implementing it. Please let me know if this matter needs to be escalated to the CEO’s office. I would be happy to share the details and highlight the recurring service concerns.

    2-3 years, they said wait u have used up all ur data. I said i have unlimited data. Then they said to raise a complain. it is shameful. I should not have to go through such inconvenience. This in no way is balance data issue. Pls do something or i will have to port @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia - This is going to be my last month with your service. No matter how many times I raise the same issue, it never gets fixed. After repeated complaints and no resolution, I’ve lost confidence that this problem will ever be addressed. Time to move on to a provider that values its customers.

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence @ what kind of scam I always face watching semi final & finals on my subscribed channels. There is clear sky no rain in mumbai still giving error for B001. This is hand in gloves with the Sony channels. Also no one attending the complaint

    After 2+ years with Airtel WiFi, Raised a closure request today, last 2 months had more than 20 outages, Raised multiple waiver requests for downtime but unresolved citing “technical issue” as a reason, same with late fee reversal, unacceptable #scam @airtelindia Mob-9855095063
