    @airtelindia How do I speak to a human? Your AI voice support/chat cannot seem to help resolve my issue. I just want to change a phone number which is postpaid/Airtel one to prepaid. I have been trying to get this done for 3-4 days; nothing helps.

    @airtelindia Airtel network has not been working in At Shidod, Tq. Beed, Dist. Beed, Maharashtra for the last 2–3 days. It seems there is an issue with the nearby tower/network. Please check and resolve the issue urgently.

    Requesting users to not to pursuive further more with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as they wont fix the issues at their end if anything breaks/broken. Simply they suggest to visit nearest store / wait for their long process / long waiting time

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but couldn’t get proper support or a resolution. I lost both my money and my work because of this service failure. Airtel, please look into this issue and provide a proper resolution/refund.
