    Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasn’t working. 1. Call issues for 1+ month. 2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed. 3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages. Very disappointing. Please resolve. @JioCare

    This is the ground reality of ISPs when it comes to service requests. For 3 days, I’ve been in conversation with @airtelindia customer care, and all I hear is "tomorrow." No accountability for the ground personnel avoiding broadband connection shift requests.

I am still waiting for your coveted technician. Is this your worldclass service and priority care service? Plz suggest will this issue be resolved or not?
