    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you uave made your IVR something like hell. Reaching yo your CCE through IVR on Airtel DTH has become almost impossible task. No option to report problems and get resolution exception tye options configured on IVR.

    @dth_airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer ID 3046188927, we requested for dth connection and we were promised connection yesterday afternoon, then they moved it to evening, and they have delayed the connection by saying they will visit today, so far no response.
