Once I paid for the services  The internet is down this second time the internet is down   Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 7041336036..  Last 24 hours No internet, false promises, no feedback just One sentence service sorry for the inconvenience.

    @airtelindia Of course if you ate not airtel customer, they would do a door delivery for new sim. But if you are airtel customer, you need to visit the store!

    @airtelindia sir my internet is not working from 26.07.21 ur support team can not resolved my problem yet. i hv complaint many time but no response. i understand that airtel service should be the best so I buy airtel broadband connection. I but feel very bad experience by airtel

    With a heavy heart I have to say dat @airtelindia is worst than ever, @JioCare is far2 better, I paid for 12 month, use less net of your network, but whenever I used net of @airtelindia your network is working in very bad situation, even somewhere BSNL is good. Do check 😡
