    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extrem settop box was and is restarting every 15min, I requested for replacement, the engineer who came to fix, told that it was global Airtel problem with the box he did a hard reset,l and also some times remote is not responsive it doesn't work.

    but its was a kind of marketing strategy and Fraud they just want to port you to airtel thats it you will never get the recharge. the scheme is useless and the airtel camp representative will keep on giving you reasons @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
