  Facing extremely poor network service from @airtelindia. Even after contacting customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they suggested converting my prepaid SIM to postpaid. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Resolve network issues instead of pushing upgrades.

  An IPTV installation is pending for 2 days now @airtelindia. So many calls to sell a service and requesting advance payment but zero accountability to install. Asking to wait 24-48hrs after payment received.

  @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Airtel Fiber (Order: YHYNA3WWRX) but no installation yet. Engineer Sk Mosibur Rahaman misbehaved & refused to install. PG complaint filed (DOTEL/E/2026/0024563) still no action. Install ASAP via different engineer or refund. #Airtel
