    @airtelindia, @airtelnews you 121 IVR option are too bad, I understand a sim can get damaged but I never knew I need to struggle a lot to get back my damaged SIM. During this lockdown your stores are closed and I am not able to receive my SIM at all. Your Customer care is helples

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic way of handling of customer complaints. 4 times I have raised concern of poor network and always the compalint has been closed without confirmation of user. This time escalated to top management of Airtel still the repeat of same story.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia looks like calling you out on Twitter is the only thing I can do at this point. Fiber connection installed hardly 2 weeks back has been down for ~6 hrs. No useful response from local executive or helpline. And I have to join a new job tomorrow mrng:)
