    Customer has no option but to convert his prepaid sim to postpaid if he/she wants an Esim. Customer care never connects me to update email address, in store facility is alao not helping… this is absolutely absurd @airtelindia

    @airtelindia -Pathetic service and poor commitment. Was committed airtel dish along with airtel fibre in October but since last 5 months have been waiting for the dish to get installed.@Airtel_Presence . Kindly request you to please intervene.

    I'm using airtel broadband since Aug'21. I took the 5g network plan, it was good for 4 - 5 months. But after that I'm not able to use the 5g network. I tried to connect with the airtel technician who came to fit the broadband. But they are not solving the issue. @airtelindia
