    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @consumerforum_ before raising request? How the person will be aware of it if they haven't mentioned it anywhere? The customer is going to suffer from it for sure. On asking for a solution they denied & told me that I have to pay for at least 3 months & they aren't admitting their mistake. 3/3
