    The @airtelindia app is an absolute farce. There is absolutely no way to get connected to a person to address grievance. You can't even de link a closed account and the same is billed every month even after closing. What **** service are you providing.

    @airtelindia good way of looting your loyal customers. If you can't get broadband wifi connection installed at customer's place , why charge the amount in advance? Atleast don't pester the loyal customers for once. #PatheticServices
