  @YourbroRishabh @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, your complaint No. 31-1000014886988 raised for your Airtel Number 98XXXXXX93 has been closed. If you are dissatisfied with the provided resolution, please contact 198 or appellate to raise an appeal. Again conmplaint closed without resolving the Issue???

  @airtelindia I had raised a complaint number - 657603265 Regarding issue with DTH connection, it has been 4 days, no engineer has taken a visit to our home to fix the same If you can't provide customer service, please close your shop and hand all your business to jio.
