    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why doesn't your customer care respond to customer emails for disconnection of landline? Even after multiple emails, nobody has responded. The App does not have an option to Request a Disconnection. Going to DSA is no help either.

    @Airtel_Presence i ported my no from VI 2 months back due to network issue. But now i can see @airtelindia network is worse than VI. Very slow internet connection and multiple call dropping. I have a jio connection also.Not facing any issue in that. Need solution or else port2jio

    @Airtel_Presence @Kishore62965462 @airtelindia your service in kolkata is abysmal! My 87yr old dad whose only way of communicating is the internet & phone, is down since Feb. Your customer service is so rude! Every time they say it’ll take 15days. Is this how you treat your existing customers? Worst service ever!
