    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtek wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problenm and team is not helping at all.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India Absolute harrasment by Airtel even as a black customer. They charge the bill incorrectly first looting the customer and then failed to provide a waiver even after accepting and agreeing since ages. SR 31-1000015159156 Not allowing Port also.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel data speed is stuck at 500 Kbps,while another Airtel SIM at the same location gets 300–500 Mbps.I’ve reset network settings, tried another phone, and still the issue persists.Daily data is available.Please check my SIM/network provisioning

    Totally disappointed with @airtelindia Their digital tv service accidentally adds plans. My 82 year old mom is asked to add a plan when she changes channel and it is hard to get customer service. I travel internationally. #AirtelSucks

    Hi @airtelindia i have installed new air fiber service last month wifi modem is not working for past 2 days and i have raised a ticket too Its been 48 hours still no one called.. But the ticket is showing as resolved and it states modem is replaced. What’s happening? #airtel
