struggling with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since 10 Feb 21, again on 23 Feb 21, numerous DMs. Our two decade old mobiles are as good as dead. Often we are able to speak only for a few seconds and the line disconnects. Or it’s ‘call failed’. Except sweet words no help/update.
