    @airtelindia I booked Airtel Xstream Fiber but the installation keeps getting delayed. Every day I’m told the engineer will come “tomorrow,” but no one shows up. There’s also no proper option to talk directly with customer care. Very frustrating experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your failure in recent days to provide proper service in a city like Bangalore is absolutely unacceptable. You have goons to follow up for payment. But which goon to send if you have a broken service ? Have some accountability

    @airtelindia Airtel sims are the worst. My mobile data is not working even tho it's recharged, properly placed in mobile and no issue with mobile. It happened twice before and I had to buy new sim card to use internet again. Airtel doesn't even provide support for this.
