    @airtelindia 24 hours have elapsed. Ported mobile number not yet activated. Custumer Care calls take you on a loop. Only option is to go again to service centre. What is the use????

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This complaint was raised on 11th August. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    The latest promised resolution time was today by 1:41 PM. It is now well past that deadline, and there is still no resolution. @airtelindia, this is not the service I expect after paying for a premium internet connection.

    @airtelindia is ur 5g a real 5g ? or is it 2g wrapped with 5g label.. y bcoz, using 5g here to view videos, scrolling pages is good, but playing video content ur network is not helping are u truly 5g @TRAI any help from u here on above.
