@airtelindia 2 weeks ago my sim showed invalid visited Airtel gallery got info 4 days it will be active it took 6 days after that they info sim will active in 4 hours still not activate then waited 24 hours it's next day still not active bad customer experience Bhandup branch😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You announced 5G launch in #Kolkata but in 90% places of Kolkata city, airtel 5G network is unavailable. 5G is unavailable in Heart of Kolkata(Central,Dalhousi etc). Are you launching just 5-10 towers only and announcing 5G ready city? Very upset.

@airtelindia your service is pathetic, can't you fix a DTH dish on a grill ? I use to say Airtel service is very nice and I was recommending it to everyone but from now I will not. Your employee use to pick my calls and was helpful but after payment he stopped picking my calls.
