@airtelindia (2/3) I tried multiple times to change the plan again to 6 months but in vain. Even after 10/12 calls to customer care they didn't change the plan and kept pushing to next month for 4 months. Eventually I decided to stop and close the Airtel account which was more hrbl experience

@airtelindia (1/2) Acc num:7041856426. Airtel is worst in customer service and fraud. I was regular user of Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband network and DTH for 1 year at bangalore. I had 6 monthly plan for broadband service and suddenly they changed it to monthly plan which costs more.

@airtelindia 4/5 monthly bill keep on increasing without any problem. Then I visited Airtel gallery and got shocking reply. They told me to again send email as they can't disconnect it at gallery. After paying for 4 mnths without using there services, I tld them I won't be paying single penny

So, this 2G is the most expensive network in the world. By saying 4G it doesn't become 4G. When we call customer care, they always say the same thing "Sir, it'll start working in 4 hours. I mean really this is what motherf**ker Sunil Mittal had asked you to say. @airtelindia
