    @airtelindia I am very sad to say that your services frequently unavailable. Paying full amount for internet broadband even though you are not paying attention for complaint. service request no. 10079232839 has been assigned to engineer Nikunj Patel Oneairtel 2 (07942527051).

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your technician showed up more than a week after payment telling that the connection is not possible. Now, what should I have to plead you for a refund!!!! Your sales person won't pick calls again. #airtel service sucks.

    @airtelindia I have raised request so many times to close my broad band connections since last two months it is being pending, I suffered a lot to pay bills without using the same. This type of service quality not accepted from u it is too hard for an individual to use

    @Airtel_Presence I have already restarted the set top box several times but still the issue persists. The engineer alloted to me is saying they will not visit as they will not be paid for the visit as it is a new connection. Utterly disappointed with your services. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
