@consumerforum_ hw can I go with the legal things with @airtelindia? Please guide me. many complaints no resolution. No transperancy wth custs on the service request update and no proper service. Wht is claimed is not givn by thm.evrytime thy can't put terms and conditions apply

@airtelindia Airtel proudly imposes penalty on late bill submission. How about when your service goes down and takes hours to be back online, interrupting my work !! How do you compensate that ???
