    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence once again you cause me issues. I paid to have my tv box replaced less than 6 month ago. Now I cannot raise a complain, you say it's out of warranty. Your tech said the replacement box had 6 month of warranty. P.S. it's not working

Have been asking for a Hotspot device too but the store ppl very casually states that they dont know when it will arrive. So whom to ask then @kavinbm @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am facing connectivity issue with airtel fiber. Not able to raise issue via airtel thanks app as it is giving error. Please help. I pinged on airtel facebook also but got no response. There is no update from airtel regarding any issue.

    @airtelindia On 1 May requested an MNP to change of circle from MH to UP (East) . After 7 days, it has not been ported. After routine visit to ur store,Today I was told that it has been cancelled by user which is a lie. This is wrong customer practice. @DoT_India to intervene.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me
