  @airtelindia Worst service, broadband is not working from 2 days and after calling 6 times to customer executive and getting 7 fix timings there is still no respone, how much time it will take to get fixed just increase 3 hours to last time and say thanks for calling Airtel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TheSunilMittal I have been Complaining since yesterday, have Called your Customer Support 100’s of time, yet My issue is not resolved. Fibre is Down since yesterday. Taking heavy losses. Your local service people are least worried about it.

  @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @airtelindia If you try to contact #Jio Customer Support, they will actually let you speak to human customer support staff via call. And they resolve issue immediately. While on #Airtel, there was only IVR menu or you can create a ticket from App. No human will answer your query.

  Someone please tell me how to get out of a network with the same number. I got stuck with @airtelindia by recharging for a year.
