    @Manali864 @airtelindia Its very bad service with the airtel customer care.We have been waiting for our wifi relocation from past 10 days issue has not been solved.Every customer care will promise you saying it will be done in next hour or end of the day.But no one has come or responded @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am on 1 year unlimited 5G plan and now after 2GB speed goes down heavy around 0.5 MBPS, I was working previously and my Area have strong 5G internet... No support worked nothing working... Don't sell the **** that you can't deliver.

    @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews A person will get tired of pressing buttons on 121, but still won’t find an option to speak to a customer representative. No one replies to emails sent to 121, and there’s no response from the nodal officer email either. There’s no signal, calls don’t go through, it shows 5G but runs like 2G. And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो

    @airtelindia Shame on @airtelindia for fraudulent charges of ₹25.02 😡 I’ve been receiving nothing but copy-pasted, drafted responses via email with false details. Your customer service is a joke and this is daylight robbery. Resolve this immediately! #AirtelScam @Airtel_Presence

    @AirtelIndia I have registered 17 complaints in the last 1 month, but still my internet is not working in Lucknow. Every time your team gives false assurance that it will be resolved in a few hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please improve in your hello tune service as new songs not quickly update to set hello tune where I always impressed with @JioCare where they quickly update songs in hello tune service but badluck my primary number is Airtel🤦🏻🤦🏻

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.
