In rainy reason after work when i try to watch any skill video or work on something your internet service say good bye to me...when I was on call with my bestfriend they scold me for abused my loyalty for airtel...how stange @airtelindia can i hope you can resolve this issue soon

@airtelindia network has become so bad, that even to raise a complaint I have to connect to wifi first. Have been using it for almost 16-17 years. Now, it has become one of the worst networks. 🥲 This is the #Thanks I get for not porting into #jio when the free offer came.

@airtelindia @Bhartiairtel3 @airtelnews nobody is doing response on call. One gives another’s number and so on. Everyone takes call one time only then no reply. I have 2 broadband connection and so much headache. No value of customer’s time.

I don't understand why do leader telcos like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence commit extremely delayed timelime (15 days) to resolve issues like network connection. Is that not the first objective of having a mobile number? How do we operate?
