    @airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

    @airtelindia The network coverage in my area is extremely poor. I’m on the 3rd floor, yet I’m barely getting any signal - mobile internet is practically unusable, and calls are also affected. Please check the network coverage in my area and fix this issue urgently.

    @airtelindia we have only 1 tower in our area and it has huge load in it due to which we are unable to use proper network of Airtel. Can you plz do something to this issue resolve. Even when we apply for new wifi connection, your installation agent says the same. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I had recharged my prepaid number on 26/07/2026 than also all services was stopped, unable to connect with customer care as IVRS & bot have only one answer plan is expired, can't set up call centers where directly talk & clarify the issue

    Even collecting the router+DTH old plan is active. For past 2 months we paid 2 bills now when I raised it for 4 days no resolution. In between may till now new IPTV box has been changed the remote is not functioning such substandard hardware! Crap service by @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi connectivity is down since morning at Balkampet, Hyderabad. Cannot connect to customer service thanks to chatbot. The commitment to collect monthly charges is not seen when we need accountability for loss of service.

    @airtelindia this kind of standard replies are frustrating - “while investigating for Service Request No. xx related to DND issue on your Airtel no. we couldn't find call/SMS records for reported content for shared date. Hence, no action has been taken against sender” @TRAI
