@airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia though phone shows switch off to people, miss call feature in app always stays blank & to top it you don't even provide misscall alert via SMS feature. Is there any agency where we can lodge complaint against such poor service ?@TRAI #airtelscares

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am appalled at such pathetic support from Airtel. I have never seen a customer service industry that shows this level of apathy. Had DMed my queries & concerns, but yet to get even an acknowledgement. Few yrs back it wasn't the case with Airtel

@airtelindia I had Airtel Xstream Fiber A/c 20002583701 which is not bring used from 15 July 2022 and requested to close this connection . But you are sending bill again and again . I have informed your customer care so many times. Please stop sending illegal bill to me.

Pathetic Service.@ACTFibernet . Raised a complaint for "Internet not working" issue by 3 PM today(23 Sep) and your ETR says "Will be resolved by 24 Sep - 3 PM)". I have raised another ticket for disconnection. Pls disconnect ASAP and will go with .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel broadband stopped working 3 day back. My ticket number is 10083109484. I am not getting proper resp from service engg and everytime i call the only resp i get is PPL will be coming to fix it in another 2hr for past 3 days.
