The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

My fiber wire was disconnected by your team, and I have had no Wi-Fi for almost 7 days despite paying for the service. SR: 11036972268 Stop giving new dates. Reconnect my connection immediately and compensate/extend my validity for the outage period. This is unacceptable service.

Feels like a penalty for being a loyal business customer. Customer care is no longer available to end users.
