    @airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia If switching to postpaid can fix it immediately, then clearly there is a solution. Why should a customer pay extra instead of Airtel fixing the existing service?

    @airtelindia Worst service! It’s been 4 days and I’m still hearing “today or tomorrow.” No resolution yet. I already ported my mobile number to Jio. If this service continues, I’ll switch my Airtel WiFi to JioFiber too. Complaint: 11037125039

    @airtelindia What do I have to do to get a new IPTV connection? For the past week I had placed numerous requests, got cancelled, paid in advance through the Airtel app but you booked me for DTH connection and then got cancelled AGAIN!! 121 is of no help, @airtelindia plz advise!!

    Over a decade I am a customer of Airtel one 10101034027491. Today I wanted to add a IPTV box but horrified with customer experience. My recordings with customer care will be a case study for @airtelindia . No resolution but created more problems for me. Thanks Mittal ji.

    @airtelindia WiFi outage in our area for 28 hrs now, Your backend team keeps giving us new timelines, while cust care have no visibility into the actual issue. SR 13905129450 No clear ETA, no updates, and no accountability. Really disappointing customer service. #Airtel
