    @airtelindia Nowadays I'm living in Thanganv near Mandleshwar. The problem which the people of the village is facing that there is very low network of all telecom companies. If they want to call then they have to go to the terrace and move their mobile in the hope of the network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hello Airtel 2 days back i received a call from Ram gopal +91 98113 96243 from Airtel to upgrade to Airtel black and I was told will get boradband telephone connection and d2h they only installed wifi rest is pending this is how u treat ur customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After so many mails tweets and calls no resolution. For new fibre connection they called and said we will do it today only. But for my 8 year old connection no one is bothered to reply or call. No senior is reachable through any medium. No revert.

    I hv complaint against my Wi Fi broadband 3 times in last 3 days but none of urs staff members is solving my problem !! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence plz don't force me to replace my wi fi with any other networks ...!
