    @airtelindia Your 3G and 4G services don't work in Vasco Goa area. Very bad network here. Range drops to zero level and regains after 1 min.

    Just switched to @airtelindia. And just like that, all my problems have disappeared. I get full speed 4G at my home and I can call and receive calls from other people! Something so simple @Idea couldn’t fix. Anyway, the nightmare is over! Hope y’all had a happy Halloween 🎃

    @airtelindia I never have got as many calls if I ever raised an issue as I have in past 3 days despite making the payment, just coz ur softwares are dated the payment made takes two days to reflect and the amazing part is I don’t even have network on my phone

    You’re a joke @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. While u make tall claims about 4G network in Himalayas, you bloody can’t provide 3G network at Goa Airport. What a shame! I request your team to visit the entire airport area, your network sucks big big time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Absolutely disgusting that you don't seem to have even a single bar of service in the middle of the city at a hospital. What if somebody needed to call for an emergency? It's beyond me how you want to charge more for no service.

    I just spoke to @airtelindia support they gave me 9987244865 number but didn't provide me reference number. Support team is telling me to wait for more 72hrs even after waiting for 72hrs. I need this issue to be resolved asap. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Work from home is the new normal now and @airtelindia is giving pathetic network which is not helping at all, The 4G speeds are horrible and the 4G network disappears after every 30secs. What's wrong @Airtel_Presence ?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a post paid customer of Airtel and also a DTH user. My settop box is not working for past 7 days. Box that is not working is SD. I am ready to upgrade. But no response from your local dealer. My money too is getting deducted. Solution pls.

    AIRTEL IS FRAUD COMPANY DON'T PORT IN AIRTEL ROAD SIDE AGENT WILL LURE INTO ATTRACTIVE OFFER BUT WILL NEVER GIVE THEM EVEN AFTER PAYING HUGE AMOUNT I WAS TO GET 56 DAYS UNLIMITED RECHARGE BUT I GOT FOR 28 DAYS ONLY. WORST COMPANY @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My airtel dis tv is not working due to technical problem in set top box. Engineer visited +checked and suggested to change the box or upgrade hd service. As per conversation with airtel representative in Gorakhpur they don't hv box.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sorry for the rant but there was no other way. 11:30 am - Will get a call back in 1 hour 12:30 pm - Will be done in 4 hours 1:30 pm - Will be done in 24 hours. Time works in a mysterious way in your call center. Open issue since: 3rd July

    @airtelindia Never use any of their International Roaming packs. They simply don’t work and they do not help. Sitting here with an activated IR pack in Serbia which is not working after the first day of arrival. Shameful.
