    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no network for your sim card in my village named Barchawali near Kosi kalan. People forced to use other network providers. facing a lot problem. Place is also available for installation of mobile tower Kindly fix the problem ASAP

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @Airtelxstream4 my WiFi install status shows active but the DTH (OTT device) isn’t installed yet. Support agent says devices not available. Why did you charge money if it wasn’t available? Either install the device or refund money!

    @airtelindia Worst experience. New connection taken on 22nd april and the internet stopped within 2 hrs. technician confirmed defective router on 23rd April visit but no fix till now. No internet since then, also no response on customer care number since 4 days. Pl resolve ASAP
