    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic service you have. I have paid the money for jio fibre and did kyc also but it’s been 3 days but nobody has come to install the fibre. If you can’t install don’t take our hard earned money. Give my money back, I will go to @airtelindia .

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. Installed Airtel AirFiber at my home but it keeps disconnecting every few minutes. Contacted customer care many times and the unit has already been replaced 3 times, yet the same issue continues. This is unacceptable. Fix this

    @airtelindia I have not seen worst app and customer service of any company till now. Absolutely zero connection with customer . You tell customer to go to nearest Airtel outlets for small things. Do you think your customer is free and has nothing to do in his life .
