    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence just 10 days into Your Xtream Broadband service, i am already disappointed Goes Red right around 1 PM everyday Your mobile service already tests my patience daily but did not expect similar levels of connectivity and bad service with Broadband.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a request for a plan upgrade and it is more than 6 days, I did not receive any call. Your customer care representatives are unprofessional, ill mannered, mis behaving bunch of people. Horrible Customer service, horrible response time.
