Separate issue with Airtel postpaid network.I only get only 1–2 bars, and mobile internet barely works.I hvbeen complaining this for 1.5 YEARS, yet nothing has actually improved.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

  @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised this issue 3–4 times with customer service, the billing team, and the compliance team, but no one has provided a resolution. Each team simply says that I will receive a callback, but no meaningful action has been taken.
