Earlier i had 5G unlimited plan. That time 5G was not working but 4G does so i took unlimited plans for both now both are not working.

Your agents show tantrums that they can’t come after 6 and do t pick up phone even when slot was 6:30PM. It has been more than 24 hours now!! Horrible service. Fgs I don’t understand how you guys are functioning.
