@airtelindia I have taken 1yr recharge plan without Data. I keep recharging when needed. I have seen that I don't get to use my mobile internet at all,after seeing 4G icon also. I repent porting I tried calling Customer care and there s no option to connect to Executives.

@airtelindia - So REQ Number - 31-4193778608209 - 5hours resolution time and a black platinum customer but not resolved. And you say surely resolved withing SLA ? Joking right ?
