    Hey @airtelindia in the month of July I've raised a complaint saying disconnection of airtelxstrem due to poor internet quality, back then I was told to pay Rs 940 as an outstanding amount, which I dueliy paid. Now it is your duty to disconnect internet service. #Airtel

    Having d worst experience from @airtelindia for their so called premium "Airtel black" service. After paying full amount for 4 months, the broadband isn't installed and its been 5 days. No solution from support. Pathetic experience! Don't go for Airtel😡Pls refund my money.

    @airtelindia Greetings of the day! I am troubled by the issue of call drop for a few days and it has happened more than this morning. So I want to know how long will Airtel solve this problem. I can't even contact customer care as the call is getting disconnected automatically.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care IVRS system is very annoying. Why don't you give a direct option to talk to an executive instead making us waste time listening on IVRS ??

    @airtelindia can u plz look into outage issue in Dhanori area Pune. Regular outage. is thr any refund policy if thr is outage 10 days in a month. Connectivity puri dete nahi, praise pure chahiye.

    @airtelindia There are only prepaid service centre. It is highly inconvenient to travel 190 km from Alibaug to New Mumbai for replacement of single SIM. I have done this from three four time earlier. This is very expensive and time consuming.

    @priyashmita @airtelindia Not a specific Airtel issue. You really need to move to a mesh network of (probably 2) devices like the TP Link Deco M5. Feel free to ping on WA for more

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing a 4 hour broadband outage today. Again!!! This is happening atleast one every week and we are not even getting any refund for the bad service. Please help.
