    @airtelindia Dear Concern I want to discontinue entire connection of post paid & broadband due to poor service provided . I have shifted to new location in same city but no support received on my request for broadband transfer . I have followed 3 times in last 5 days .

    @airtelindia it is really shocking when engineer is asking airtel thanks app login OTP by calling customer after the disconnection request..Why customer should give his login to someone engineer/representative? What if they do raise any request without my knowledge? Poor process

    @airtelindia pathetic service, have been following up from long time for upgrade to fiber line becoz my internet doesn't work. Engineer comes & disconnect my internet and telephone line yday and was suppose to come today morning at 9. No one turns up till now. Ref 21-3145928411
